they were a good company. we had good enjoyable safety meetings if they needed a hand in one of the other fields you would go help out.i had a good cross shift that had many years of gas plant operation so  I could phone any time & he could walk me through any thing in plant . the management was good always treated us like friends . there was really no hard part of job . I enjoyed my job no one was ever looking over shoulder. but they would help out if you needed help

Management supported me the whole time I was there (8 years) and we had lots of fun times together too, golfing, stampede & Christmas parties :).  As a PA there are many deadlines each week, so each day you are very busy, but such a great office to work in. I would LOVE to get back to work with them as I sure miss all those wonderful people .

Mean Girls Club! Control was horrible. She had her minions and they stayed close behind her. Manager was horrible! Running around like a chicken with her head cutoff busy accusing people of poor work when she didn’t even know what she was doing. Would never want to go back there. Vice President knew what was going on and she turned her back. Work load was heavy, only if you weren’t part of the club.

There is no job security, went on 2nd maternity leave and the person I mentored got my job and I got let go!
Managers will lie to you, received only 2 raises in 7 years! (I know there was a downturn). I was used, to do special jobs for the records department and I completed it in record time and I took on whatever extra work they threw my way. No acknowledgement for all the hard work you do.

Too heavy a workload for one person, no help was provided, even when asked for. 14+ hour days just to keep on top of things
If you weren't already part of the "in crowd/cool kids club", you never would be.  Constant exclusion from social activities outside the office.

I was placed on the exploitation team and so had several different people to report to. A typical day for me would be to check in with each and every one of them to make sure I was on the right track with my projects or to ask for more projects. I have nothing negative to say about this company, everyone there is fantastic.

The company has a very healthy culture, full of great people. Unfortunately, the Canadian oil & gas industry is in irreversible decline, and this causes unavoidable stress.

Upper management is a joke. No respect for bottom of the ladder workers. Superintendents and higher level personnel lie and cheat their own company that they work for. Absolutely no loyalty for years of service.

This place is terrible. Management will lie and make promises then never follow through. They will treat specialized staff as if they are worthless and string them along until they've had enough. Do not suggest working here, very let down.

The work environment lacks professional development opportunities, has minimal formal procedures, and operates without clear planning. This can lead to inefficiencies, limited career growth, and inconsistent results.
