I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.  They try to come across as progressive and cutting edge,  but in the end actions speak louder than words.  Maintenance is poor, they don't have a place to wash trucks.  They are always looking for a way to avoid the cost of doing business which includes offloading expenses onto employees.  Then, when their tactics back them into a corner and force them to deal with reality, they look to shift the blame however they can.  Safety is not a concern. When the manager is driving down the highway and texting on his phone at the same time, you can be pretty sure that they aren't looking out for your safety either.  

There is no typical day at work, we always have a broad spectrum of repairs to perform. We learn something every day, this is the nature of our work, management is good, however i feel a lot more can be achieved as a company here with management that is not always doing 2 or 3 different job functions.
The culture here is diverse, it takes all kinds to make a company work, people here always work together. The hardest part of this job is getting things co-ordinated so that the job is easier when passed on to someone else. 
The people i work with and the customers, especially the long time customers are the most enjoyable. 

Worked for Mundens hauling logs last winter. Was micro managed from management from day 1. Truck was constantly broke down and moved from job to job to job. Never in one place for more than a couple days. Manager knew nothing about trucks and was only worried about the bottom line. She was laughable at best. Was let go via text message after 2 days prior was told was doing a good job. Manager moved the truck before I was able to clean it out and all my tools were stolen. In almost 30 years of hauling logs they are the worst outfit that I ever worked for. Pay was short....thanks for nothing Mundens!

When I first started with this company it was great, but as they grew they started lacking in a lot of areas. Maintenance has always been an issue here but yet there’s still a big push on drivers to keep the trucks rolling. When push comes to shove they tend to ignore the problem. I use to have a lot of pride working there, now I can’t say I would recommend them to anyone. The management is poor, it’s a big finger pointing show, and they definitely won’t own up to mistakes, except for the new supervisor he’s a great guy to deal with. Never trust them when it comes to money, they’ll try and screw you in every way they can.

Great work atmosphere. Easy going management with lots of support! Great pay and benefits!

Making sure you wake up on time! Lol!

Great work culture! Great crew that’ll help at the drop of a hat!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start your day at dispatched time and drive to working block, load and drive to the log sort. Loads depend on timing. 2-3 loads a day.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I mentored with Dave and he was very patient and gentle with teaching me how to operate

The training was top notch by dave

Good i like the people they are very efficient

Long days,Learning New things Everyday,Management does their Best,Great place to work,Weather conditions, Knowing That I have done my best and was Productive 

It's just like any other logging job, get up early go to work, go home. Equipment is nice, friendly co workers. Very data/numbers orientated company. 

There is a reason that this company has a difficult time retaining employees. I have seen several employees get screwed over. The problem starts at the top.

Was great at the beginning as it was a Family Business, then they brought in a new person to start a new adventure and everything went down hill.
