Payday and everyday working to pick up all the kids after the school days..

I absolutely loved driving a school bus for LP3 Transportation! The company is very family oriented (I was allowed to take my kids to work!) And the work/life balance was awesome! They work hard to build strong community ties. The boss will even make you breakfast! This is a great place to work for a parent that wants to stay at home with their kids.

They were the best company I’ve worked with. Got treated as family and had a lot of support while working with these guys. 
Ive learnt that communication with the children on the bus is good to have and it’s very cultural. Any can work with them. Not a hard job at all 

$18.75 per hour 4 hours per day, no room for advancement, staff are awful, drivers tell on each other for no reason, don't get paid for maintaining your bus, which gets filthy daily, no pay during summer layoff season

Very nice place to work, knowledgeable staff, helpful to drivers. LP3 had a very nice drivers lounge which is not common for a lot of bus companies but it was great to see that drivers had a place to come together and wait in.

Expectations are high.  If you are an overachiever, you are assigned more and more work.  Some of the staff there are not friendly and do not treat everyone same and have favorites, those ones that get all the work.

LP3 has a culture of grace. I found the company to be a "home away from home". Management is 5own to earth, all round great people with ethics to count on. This company will always be my favourite place of work.

It is a good company they work with you they help you get your license if you don't have it already I enjoy working with them and hope I have many years working with them

I don't consider it a job, its a pleasure to work here. Company is growing so there are growing pains. Management is supportive and open to suggestions.

Great driving the bus.

I would come back in the fall
Would like to see a pay hike to 20.00
Per hour as there is more responsibility than just driving the bus
