FANTASTIC company. I feel very fortunate to be part of the plumbing team! Such a great group of people. I’m an apprentice so I have a lot to learn and I have very knowledgeable journeymen to learn from. They have a fantastic office staff who is there to help you every step of the way! Working at LPI is like winning the career lottery lol 

After my interview, I was very impressed by the facility and the fact that they have Western Canada offices. Right away the office team makes you feel at home and gives the support that every tech needs out in the field. The work/life balance has been more than accommodating and I look forward to spending many years here at LPI!

Probably the worst place I’ve worked. The owner and his brother are very involved; not unusual to hear them yelling at someone in the morning. They’ll expect you to work all the time, Sunday 6 pm “what do you mean? When we hired you you wanted work, I’m calling with work” 
Much better places.

Ownership leads with fear for loss of job. Great staff to work with but feel like walking on eggshells with daily activities. 
There is heavy emphasis on loyalty and family orientation, but this only applies to ownership and not reciprocated to employees.

One of the best companies to work with. Strong office ethics together with amazing facilities shows the management's commitment and importance towards work life balance.

Great work environment, with no toxicity. Everyone works together as a team and care about one another .
