Manager's are very Biases very manipulative and disrespectful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s not a healthy environment for a sane person to work. Most of the people have no class of education and they use the French language as their ticket to work. They lack a lot of knowledge. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy and stressful everyday. Most of the time the store was left alone to handle. I did handle the store full of lineups alone for years without assistance.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Only one thing I like about working here is I get to interact with people all over the world.

Biased management: the managers only favour those that gets bubbly around them and give them compliments. Otherwise they will treat you so unfairly. yours hours will be cut, they will assigned you more works and still be rude to you.

Biased, toxic, back-biting, bottlenecks, preferential treatments, unfair judgements

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
depends on the store you are assigned. they could assign you five different store in 5 different days.

For those who love fast paced working environment, closing shift will be a fun shift for you. It is a busy place depending on your store location and kinds of merchandise. Stressful sometimes but that added spice and keep the job exciting. You can expect the unexpected since we have varieties of travelers especially in international, Terminal 1. The HR support is not the best but having a good manager is the best! You can expect high demand of physical work, lifting and moving heavy stuff at times. It is fun especially if you are kind of person who loves interacting with others and customer service.

The environment is very slow, you sit around all day doing nothing basically. You have a few jobs throughout your shifts. very low pay, and they fire new employees 3 months into them being there. The management is very poor.

The people were very friendly and it was really easy to build relationships with the staff. Everyone was willing to lend a hand whenever I had a difficult time learning something new.

This companies platform has come around full circle in such a short time. Fairly good working atmosphere. In desperate need of a wage increase for management.

Good place if you're looking for a steady job. Not really as much opportunity for advancement. Decent benefits, with a good management team.

Management does not treat each co-worker equally.Co-workers often get away with slack because of there seniority.Not the most fun place to work.
