It was short but the sweetest. Pay I got for a similar role with my previous company was way more, it's like I have to perform exceptionally well for 3 years or more to get to that salary through annual appraisal.

Culture was great as we focus on results & meeting our gross margin. Gross margin seems high at first but the pricing & cost for the company is almost at 30% so all I need is add a bit of extra effort & sales to reach then exceed the 35% target.

Every Thursday is a delight as we either have free lunch worth a minimum $20 this week then our salary comes in the next Thursday.

Fridays are almost a given 1-2pm early off to the weekends instead of completing the usual 4pm schedule.

Mondays are dreadful because we have to go back to work but it becomes easier since it is not hectic as long as you did your job the previous Friday to set up your Mondays for success.

1 remote work day per week of your choosing so there is still balance & reward for the employees.

Office is stocked with snacks, drinks & free coffee as well as lounge to keep everyone refreshed during their breaks.

Leadership is approachable & works with you as long as you are willing to work on your own opportunities & be accountable for your tasks/role.

Great company poor management. The job its self is extremely fun and you learn lots but the management is the worst I've seen ever.
- Workload is outrageous, working extra hours and no overtime pay. 
- Micromanagement with little to no freedom of speech
- No job security and underpaid is an understatement

The only positive thing is you can somewhat work hybrid, which is a privilege and will be taken away pretty quickly. Loved mycoworkers, even though we all shared the same thought, no one could speak beacause no one would listen. 

In all. there are no professionals but all pieces that fit the puzzle and becoming ''YES MANS'' to the higher up.


I am very happy to be part of this company as there are real possibilities for advancement. Within 3 months I was promoted and the company continues to grow in a very positive way. 
Internally, the management team along with all other members of staff are down to earth, respectful, inclusive and always there to help in need. 
Essentially, this workplace feels like family, starting from the top and you feel the positive synergy and warmth as it trickles down to the bottom. I am very happy to be part of this company and am excited to see how far we grow together.

Most days tend to be fairly consistent for me. I feel that I have learned more about the various software platforms we use every day. Management lets me take charge of my responsibilities but are always available if I need assistance with something. Right now, the hardest part of my job is trying to understand the changes in Home Depot's system that are affecting our system by creating multiple duplicate orders. I do enjoy providing customer service and doing what I can to ensure deliveries go as smooth as possible. 

A great place to work. The people (co workers) are very nice, they make it enjoyable to come to work. The environment/atmosphere at the office is also great. Its more of a family than just an office full of co workers. My job is to route all our delivery trucks nationally. There is no specific part of my job that is more enjoyable than the next. Waking up in the morning and wanting to come to work is a great feeling.

We provide final mile in home delivery services to our customers. The LTI team is very experienced and knowledgeable in this area and it makes it really fun to be part of the team. We reward our teams with competitive pay and bonuses. We also have monthly luncheons and various other ways to show we are all appreciated. Everyone at all levels contributes to my success and always with a smile. 

Worked here for a couple months and kept getting told I would work less hours and it kept growing. Daily rate so I was working for less than minimum wage.
Not to mention I was deducted pay for different reasons.
I wouldn't recommend ever working for this company. They treat you so poorly and don't care about you or needing to be with your family

People in this company are friendly and ready to give a hand at any given moment. The CEO and site manager treat us very well. There is opportunity for growth in the company. 

The support and help given to us from Home Office is amazing! I never feel uncomfortable asking for help or reaching out to someone for assistance. They offer advise and hints on improving our work space and managing our sites without feeling undermined or underappreciated. The company is growing but is not losing its identity as a family-like environment.
