Your treated like family not a number in every way. Demanding work environment not like regular day to day and so much fun.

Long hours and long travel to some locations. Totally worth it.

Nothing all the things are going smoothly

Great company to work at. The company is a family owned and they treat you has if your family. LTS has more of a event security shifts. The job is a part time which means you can work through your schedule. The company lets you know when they have a shift through text message. This way you can see if your available for the shift and request work.

When you work for this company it is great as long as you go above and beyond.
When you start doing just what is required and no more expect to be targeted by the supervisors and management, accusing you of not being a team player.
Dispatchers watch the vehicle cameras and report to management.


Great team. Work environment is always pleasant to be around geninue people who actually care. Staff and management all supportive. Lots of opportunities to advance and always a supportive team member available.

Management put 13~14 hours of mobile patrol plus alarm response into your 11 hours shift, there is no time for lunch break. You just keep walking and do floor by floor patrol in dirty apartment building.
