Customer's order, decrease over the months, at the end of the year, in the middle of winter, you'll have to leave this company, so you have no security as long as you have no work contract, and there, who will pay your rent, your bills, your food, the school of your children ..... ect? (really a precariousness), 

For the test passed after a few months of work, settled by the company in order to permanentize the employees, has no meaning, since you are already tested by your manual skills and there, no logic is respected, because it is possible that you do not pass it, while someone recruited just a week ago can pass it

Work little tiring but not safe for your economic plan

Great teamwork and very friendly and respectful supervisors

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Long hours standing even in areas where employees could have the option to sit down while performing certain activities that don't require standing.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
very friendly. supervisors and co-workers already head to help and guide. No need to run to get the work done. Safety and quality of work is the company's priority. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is normal. No one will push you to work fast or ask for permission to go to use the toilet.

Lumenpulse is a company that is innovative and it values its employees; letting them initiate and come up with new ways to work.

Working conditions are good, space is organized and clean, work environment was acceptable 

The superiors always tried to create a climate of dialogue between the supervisors and the employees in order to talk about all the problems encountered during the production and to find the appropriate solutions.

There were many game facilities such as Ping-Pong table, Stiga NHL Hockey Table,... to make fun for employees during break time.
I learned much special manufacturing skills such as management, direct working in the line, and the environment was really friendly.
The most enjoyable part of the job was my whole experience during 2.5 years working in that company.

I liked my job at Lumenpulse, it was a fairly paying job and it was easy to adapt to the work given to you and improve, but the problem was that me and a bunch of other guys who were with the agence and there working for Lumenpulse got terminated as soon a we had finished all the work orders so they did not need us no more which got me and a couple of others jobless.

The building is an amazing state of the art building that is spacious, bright and welcoming to employees and future clients. The management is friendly, professional and incredibly understanding. The coworkers are also very helpful create a positive work environment. Fantastic place to work

I make a lot of friends here, I developed responsibility, skills to solve technic issues. I developed teamwork spirit. I developed how to train new workmates, help the others and learning skills from each other.

I would not recommend working at Lumenpulse to anyone. You cannot advance in this company, and the management governs the workers with intimidation. You are limited on using the bathroom, and you are forced to stand up 8 hrs a day while working.

Lumenpulse is a company tthat is innovative and it values its emplioyees; letting them initiate  and come up with new ways to work.

working conditions are good, space is organized and clean, there is room to work in a  healthy area.

I used to work there for almost two years. The work environment is too political. I used to complain about my TL harassing someone, but never heard of any feedback., Your voice is not heard unless you are close to the higher ups.
