Joining La Canadienne was an amazing decision for myself. It felt like becoming part of a family. A family who is growing, doing business the right way, and who genuinely wants you to succeed. From the initial interview with HR, to meeting different corporate partners, and then on-going visits and constant support from everyone on the retail team: everything has felt a bit different from my previous experiences. It truly is a customer and product centric business, and it's such an exciting time to be a part of future growth. I am so happy to be a part of this family.

Easy going, respectful, friendly & family oriented workplace.   If you are willing to learn they will teach you.    Everyone works as a team.  The management team has open door policy which is amazing and you are not made to feel unimportant.  La Canadienne is about making the employees happy and that is a rarity today.

Its all in the title. Working at both the downtown location, as well as the Laurier location, La Canadienne taught be a lot about selling, while being shadowed by knowledgable, competent managers, who care about your school-life and your general well-being! Wish I never left!

As my first customer service position I learned a lot about the product and about creating a wonderful shopping experience for the customer. The manager and co-workers were great to work with and it was always a pleasure to go into work.

Management and the environment was very toxic. There were obvious favourites who got more hours, got away with breaking/not following rules, etc. Both management and hr are very unprofessional.  This company lacks ethics.  Lots of time fraud, unfair treatment, and rule breaking.

I truly love working here. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They care about each and every employee. There are many opportunities to grow and develop.

Good company to work at for experience. Supportive management. The company is small so there is room for upward growth. Healthy work life balance and healthy work environment.

It is a wonderful time to be part of the organization. Lots of positive changes and opportunities for the brand, company and individuals within. We are all part of the change and evolution forward! 

This job is so fun. out of all jobs i’ve had it’s amazing. Pay is  really good and management is amazing, so supportive and willing to help you in anyway. Any time I come for a shift it feels like i’m seeing bunch of friends :)
