A typical day would start 6 am buy getting the first crew ready and machinery started. At 7am the remainder of the shift would start.The complete shift of consists of 25 people . Orders are produced as per specification of customers. This is a very fast paced industry in an assembly line. After a complete day of production at 330 pm i start the afternoon shift and if no problems arise i do all paper work for the day until 5.30 OR 6 PM .

It’s just you and 1 other person working in the London warehouse building all the orders, helping customers and doing all shipping/receiving. Orders can reach 50+ a day and they are not small. You must complete the work or you cannot go home. Hours are 8-5 (“sometimes 5:30”) but in reality unless you work really hard/fast at all times, you will be there until 6-7. Management is ok but it’s a family ran warehouse so don’t expect to ever move up in ranks because the managers 2 sons work there as well. Not recommended unless you like overtime and having no life

Nothing at all , winters are cold , terrible management

Winter and clueless management 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Grabbing product off shelves , Manually taking plywood off forklift onto a platform to be strapped , you will be doing that multiple times  a day, get good with a forklift and know it is majority a labor position

The best I had ever been, people is super kind

Management is very very poor. They promise you something else to get you hired and once you are ready they are not ready to meet those promises. Please do not waste your time over here. Step out and there are other very good companies out there. Go for them !!

A lot of responsability for a young Engineer. As a production superintendant first and project Engineer after, I got everything that I was able to take and more. Very good place to prove yourself what you can do

No good upper managment .poor management poor ownership poor saftey. Working conditions horrible. Older equipment with poor training of employees  poor saleries for forman. Plus it unionized . Has to removed

Really like working there good people easy job just found something closer to home I was treated very well and would gladly recommend this job two others

Easy going, easy work and some heavy lifting, paid well and the people we're easy to get along with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a driving job but must have experience.

I really enjoyed working at commonwealth and learned a lot.
I recommend it to anyone else.
I warked just for 5 months but loved that time there
