My experience at this workplace has been far from ideal. The owner’s attitude and management style leave much to be desired. Their behavior is neither supportive nor professional, often creating an unwelcoming and stressful environment. Communication is inconsistent, and any constructive feedback is dismissed or met with hostility.

The lack of proper organization and clear direction makes it difficult to achieve meaningful progress or feel valued as an employee. Promises made during the hiring process are rarely kept, and there’s little room for personal growth or career development.

Overall, this is not a workplace that fosters collaboration or positivity. The owner’s tendency to micromanage and their inability to address concerns professionally make it an unpleasant place to work. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a supportive and respectful work environment. Staying away might save you time and unnecessary frustration.


Fairly easy and straightforward work. Good summer job for students or someone looking to supplement their income, definitely not a "career" job.
Overall was a good experience.

I was a high school senior at the time and the school and work balance wasn’t there.
It was like the owner/boss wanted me to put the job first over my education.

Like working afternoon “during” school period was her supposedly “suggestion”.

You are working alone even during the busy time of the year+ lots of uber orders and rude drivers too.It’s was not a fun time. Only pro is that you get one free ice cream per shift. 

worked there and did not get any breaks nor tips, the management was disorganized and would always hire young employees with limited work knowledge so that they could get away with not paying tips.

The owners are juvenile and very inexperienced in basic management and day to day operations. Thats the reason I left was because I couldn't stand to be treated like a second class citizen.

It was a nice environment, my colleagues and my boss were patient with me. I had a great experience there and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to work there.
