It is a common labor job with guaranteed stable hours and pay, a suitable choice for someone who is in need of a job fast or needs to save money.

But the job is very tedious, boring and tiresome. Long hours, constant standing with short breaks. 


Culture there is quite boring, people are there to work, no one is there because they love the job, or at least very few people. 

Negative humor for the job, heavy lifting is sometimes required, but the hardest part is constantly standing and staying somewhat focused.

It may be a great company overall but the finance dept. is very corrupt and unprofessional, especially in the Accounts Payable side. It was a few years ago now, but I have witnessed the following: 

-Constant belittling of new staff
-Looking over and monitoring personal company`s email inbox
-Inpatient and short tempered coworkers
-Extreme micromanaging
-Unstructured training process
-Lack of resources
-Gossip and isolation among groups

Unless the existing staff have changed, please highly consider before joining. You deserve better than this.

was packing cakes on production line  , making sure we was fallowing BRC standard,
been able to stop the line if the cakes was not perfect or was underweight
perfect communication with other to make production getting better
enjoying the fact we can products more cakes with same quality in the same period of time
Looking to move on and ready to work hard to learn new job , very interested about working for retails company

Lots of politics and Favoritism. Preference given to own people that have been brought in to the company giving them over 120k salary while people already making less than half that and being given excuses that we are on a freeze, company not doing as well as expected blah blah..Something one should have thought about before dishing out all that money on one person.

It is always hard to work for a new company. There always lessons to be learned along the way. Management needed to understand that staff are their backbone to their business. Teamwork is always a strong pull to making a success.in the future.

Hard and heavy work with bad and Rude and impolite management and HR. The job is very difficult and heavy and no respect between most of the people . The work place is so cold because of the freezer so much cold.you have to be very fast and can work in team work 

Workdays are stress-filled, unproductive; poor management and rude culture; physically demanding lifting; find solace in a few co-workers' camaraderie.

Management is good and cooperative. Timing is flexible but need to meet deadlines. Got good learning experience. Work place culture is good f both for male and female employees.

Before, I worked a night shift at Larocca, but I changed my shift to morning. Sometimes the shifts were longer than I expected, and also the benefits were not so good. For instance, I did not have a vacation fee.
