most on-site activities are run by people with different management styles. Often, the higher ups who ran things from their desks would reprimand their employees and even ask them to do tasks not present in their job descriptions.

Some supervisors are very easygoing and others very demanding. Which will often make for very disorganized workdays. Most of the time, however, they would be upset and take it out on the employees.

One year, they disbanded the position that took care of my team's schedules and added the responsibilities of the role to the supervisors.
This led to having an even more disorganized system, many people did not know when to take their breaks and would often have their hours cut because of it.

In summary, the workplace had a very negative atmosphere and was, in my opinion, badly managed during my time there.

This job is seasonal for students or young adults. It is very flexible considering the schedule (2 days work, 2 days off). The hours might get too long since you only know what time to come in and you never truly know what time you will be finishing your shift. The management is really strict. I was working on producing cotton candy for 8 hours a day sometimes and they wouldn't let us sit down while doing it. The job is syndicated and the salary is really good. The job is really fast-paced and the amount of costumers is overwhelming. Coworkers are really nice and you can form good friendships.

Overall, it is a really good first job that will let you secure future retail jobs more easily. 

I start at around 11 and finish around 8-9 at night with a one-hour break throughout the whole thing. On your feet constantly, rushing to take orders and make them, dealing with a majority of nice customers but the occasional really angry people. Work 5 hours in a row with not even a ten minute break inbetween, so you never really have time to breathe.

Work schedule always not accurate,while inside the app it may say that you work until 20;00 youre staying there until the chef dequipe lets you leave , Laronde customers are just a different breed , the worst type youl ever meet, the majority of them are rude and will fluster their complaints towards you even tho youre not responsible for it (complaining for food price etc.) 

I have had the opportunity to contribute to a positive and secure environment for both employees and visitors. The company maintains a strong reputation in the industry for professionalism and reliability, and I am proud to be a part of it.

Worst job i ever had. Pays too little for what it is. Very fast paced and long hours, you get too exhausted to do anything on your days off.  Management is so poor and the supervisors often play favorites (all of them).  

I think that working at LaRonde was really instructive. I learned how to cook and clean easily and quickly in a short period of time. I also learned to speak with the client and how to satisfactory them. Working there was really interesting and the vibe was always a good one.

first year there is no schedule its on call and they will call you every single day ... i was working 7 days on 7 because management said that if we would miss 3 days we wouldnt keep the job. That was in 2019 , it was one of my first jobs so i stayed. The hours are pretty long (10 hours+) but the pay is fine i guess...

Every time I would go into work i would be in a different position with absolutely no training whatsoever. I had to learn everything the day of and that would consist of me making many mistakes. 
The 12 hour shifts were ridiculous and left me dreading my next shift.

Job can be very stressful and tiring during rush hours. Overtime is normalized too as you sometimes have to stay a few hours after the end of your shift to clean up. Other than that, good place to meet people and build experience, though salary may not be the best.
