La Rose Bakery

I enjoyed working here; everything was fantastic everyone was so lovely. Unfortunately, I had to leave. A typical day was standard for two people working a shift, sometimes only you. Everyday tasks were cutting and packing bread, washing dishes, and keeping an eye on the stock. The Management was friendly to me; you need to love the job and work hard. Sal really enjoyed me there; it seemed and was sad to see me go.

I don't even know where to begin...

They take money from your pay check and dont account for it.. you'd legit have to sit down and calculate your hours every day from you clock in to clock out. and make sure it matches their because they will cheat you for hours.. 

They would rather throw out the food at the end of the night rather than give it to homeless people that would beg for it..

HORRIBLE People

Working at the La Rose Bakery has given me the skills and confidence to work in customer service.The high paced and demanding work environment has enabled me to work directly with clients and colleagues from a diverse background and has allowed me to work on my conflict resolution skills.

This has been a great part time job while going through school, not very challenging, repetitive work. Learned valuable customer service skills, and how to handle different situations. I loved the interactions with the regular customers.

The bakery is slightly disorganized in terms of scheduling, pay, and required breaks. The staff and superiors are nice and welcoming. The bakery is located in a very nice community so the clientele are also usually pleasant.

Loved working here, wish I still did but had to move away. Everyone is very friendly, and always made me feel welcomed. Comfortable environment

Looking forward to going back and visiting with everyone I used to work with.


Management is very difficult to deal with. It is a family run and owned bakery and you can easily tell who is family and who is not. If looking for true bakery experience this is not the place to apply .

Very friendly staff, and overall great environment. At times a bit stressful but co-workers always ready to help out. Very flexible hours, and switching shifts was never an issue.

only bad thing is that the food there is SOOOOO GOOD you want to eat all the time. but besides that its a good place to work as partime
