I hate when I write bad reviews but I have to tell everyone the truth about this place that looks like amazing and super cheap for customers. Unfortunately, this company doesn’t care about the employees. There’s no benefits (likes insurance...) whether you work full time or part time. You only get 40% off( customers get 50% off alot of times+ 10% off with the club card = 60%off) If you work full time your contracts is part time so they don’t pay any insurance for you. For normal employees you have to sale for 150$/h and if you’re Powersellers (full time) you have to sale 250$/h this is the minimum but the reality you HAVE TO DO MORE. each week you have to do your sell objective event when there is no customers. Actually,I have been suffering when I was working there specially from the manager and co-manger they  lies often. They interfere with your personal life. They will always looking after you and blame you for nothing they will tell you to walk faster! Push your sales, takes care about many customers in the same time(to get their bonuses), do the merchandise and the visual work to 11pm/to 12am. A lot of gril they quit the job fast without doing the 2 weeks.There, you will find bad management, alot of favouritism, a lot of drama and hypocrisy. Not only me but the others girls suffering too. After all they don’t thank you and they don’t give you references!!

 The workplace culture is face-paced and entails a high-energy level to be maintained so that each client receives the best customer experience. The hardest part of the job is to maintain the sales results in the face of uncontrollable variables. The most enjoyable part of the job is to work with empowering women who help each other to achieve their goals and work efficiently together.  

In this experience, I learned the various aspects of sales in a retail environment and the various levels required to run an efficient business. I also learned how to carry myself as a leader on a team while sharing the responsibilities with fellow team members. It was a wonderful experience and I would return to work during events.

I have to be very creative in how I place the product, mannequins, and signage in the store. I am constantly changing how I display the product in order to increase sales. There are some guidelines I have to follow when we have launches, but overall, the final decision is placed on me, and what I feel will help move the product successfully. Maintaining symmetry, creating a story through colour and lifestyle.
The hardest part of my job is our store is approximately 15 thousand sq. feet, and we don't always receive enough product to fill our store, that's when creative license takes over. Ironically, this is also one my most enjoyable part as well, I like to take on challenges, find solutions, and execute them effectively. The other enjoyable part of my job, my co-workers.

Working at LaSenza was anything but typical. Every day was the start of something new, new goals, new achievements, and new opportunities. I learned skills that can be utilized on a daily basis such as time management, multitasking, and achieving customer satisfaction to the best of my abilities. Management was very well organized providing workers with daily instructions and individual tasks for each day. At LaSenza the workplace culture is very diverse which made it very comfortable to get along with all employee's. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to empower clients while making them feel comfortable.

As a store manager I learned a great deal about time management, delegating duties to staff, hiring the right talent for the right job, scheduling staff to the needs of the business. I had a great team that was positive and motivated to get the tasks required completed and also to ensure that all customers were taken care of. I really enjoyed working with customers and seeing their reaction when they came out of the fitting rooms feeling beautiful. The most difficult part of the job would've been the planning of placement of new products and figuring out floor plan layouts as my store wasn't exactly built to suit all plans sent out by head office.

At La Senza there is always something to do. Either you're dealing with clients or placing underwear.
You learn to manage your time and stress as there is never a dull moment. You always have to be on your toes.
Management is great. They're very understanding for whatever situations you have.
My co-workers are great. Granted that we're all girls and drama may occur from time to time, but otherwise everyone is professional enough to set their differences aside in order to get through the work day.
The hardest part of my day is prevention of loss.
The most enjoyable part of the job is helping someone find their perfect bra and seeing how happy they are. Oddly enough, every bra has a story.

there are so many sweet people that work there. they're super understanding, all young females and they make you feel welcome. i learned a lot about how to sell items. a typical day at work would just be helping customers with their needs, most weekends were extremely busy but your shift went by fast. the management is held by two people and they are the two sweetest people i have ever met, very good management. the hardest part of working at lasenza would be cleaning. i would stay 1-2 hours after the mall closed just to clean the store, it was crazy and tiring. the most enjoyable part of my job would be meeting new people every shift and creating connections with customers

I personally loved working at Lasenza. The staff and management team were amazing , they always were teaching and showing productive ways of improving the work ethic. The women i worked after a short period of time became like family . I strongly recommend working at Lasenza if given the opportunity.
 the hardest part of the job was probably the inventory stocking after and before Christmas only because there are so many products that are sold . The most enjoyable part of the job was building that costumer connection and learning all the different ways to make the sale possible , even if there wasn't a sale made you were able to make that costumers day better .

Overall, I loved working with this company. My managers were both extremely knowledgeable but also helpful. They treated us associates as equals, rather than as their slaves. I have made lifelong friendships in just the few short months I worked here as a seasonal associate. Being seasonal, there was a reasonable amount of competition, which made going into work stressful, but if you work hard, there is no reason to worry. I learned a lot about the products that this company sells, and why they do what they do.

Love the coworkers, overtime they become like family. When there isn't drama it's great. When there is drama, just keep away from it. It used to be such a fast-pace workplace but now with Covid and capacity in stores, it's a lot more chill and relaxed. Not as overwhelming/stressful now to work there if you have a lot to juggle in life. There's stock associates, sales associates, Powersellers, co-managers and a manager per store. Now it's mostly stock/sales associates, comanagers and a manager.
