As several of the reviews here have already stated, LabX Media Group is a fantastic, dynamic, fast-growing company filled with opportunity for career advancement, as well as just an incredible group of colleagues. The work, like with any job, can be busy & fast-paced, but training, support and advice from management & peers alike is never far away. 

The workplace culture / atmosphere is phenomenal. Friendly employees, great management team, social events- even events / seminars / activities geared towards addressing physical and mental health in the workplace & beyond.

LabX Media Group has also been beyond flexible during the Covid-19 pandemic, allowing their employees to work wherever THEY feel the most comfortable & productive- whether that be at home, back at the office, or a mix of the two. As long as the work is being accomplished & the employee feels safe and secure, that is what matters. 

Coming to LabX Media Group was the BEST career decision I have made. I have been here now for just under a year & a half, and could not be happier with the time I have spent here, the skills I have learned & the colleagues I have met.

Just plain filled with good people - that's probably one of the best descriptions I can give.  Company culture is very important here and I've seen very few employers show same level corporate responsibility and philanthropy that LMG does.  Owner of the company has humble beginnings and though there has been a ton of growth in the last few years, that level of compassion and caring that you'd expect out of a much smaller company is still there.

Always busy, always something to do or a new project to work on.  The company isn't afraid of new or grandiose ideas and in fact encourages them.  Those two combined sometimes make you feel like you're on a rollercoaster, but that's what makes it fun.

LabX is an incredible place to work. Their positive work-life balance has been so refreshing - especially during a pandemic. Their interview process was educational and insightful for me, as they were very open to answering any and all questions I had about their day to day management as well as "big picture" stuff. Their leadership team is comprised of dedicated people, who I feel genuinely care about the overall wellness of the team, and help provide us with the tools we need to succeed - and they want to hear from us! I feel incredibly valued here! I also love the various opportunities for growth! I have sent LabX job postings to friends - and will continue to encourage people to apply here! 

I have been working at LMG for almost 5 years and have advanced from an entry-level position to a team leader in that time. I have been given many opportunities for growth which I think is a fantastic part of this company. They care that their employees succeed and they are always flexible when needed.

The culture and people at LMG are the best part about the job. A growing group of some of the smartest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. An inclusive group of hard-working and dedicated people makes LMG so special.

The atmosphere is very relaxed, it is an office and professional but its not tight neck-tie suit kind of professional. More like khakis and a golf shirt professional.

The president and management are all kind people. Have seen some of the bad reviews and will say, don't believe everything you read on the internet. 

Two of the most important aspects of any employer to me, is work-life balance and autonomy. We are lucky to be able to get that here at LabX Media Group. No day is ever the same and there is always support and flexibility when you need it. The hardest part would be the growing pains as the company advances, but this brings great opportunity for growth and development for my career. It is always a fun environment in the office or in our company group chat where we all get to connect on a daily basis!

I have been employed by LabX Media Group for over a year and have had an excellent experience. I have found that the management/fellow employees are eager to help and are approachable which has created a great office environment. There is room for growth and open discussions about your goals within the company, which I truly appreciate. The company also adapted to the changes with COVID and allowed us to continue working which provided job security during such a scary/crazy time. I highly recommend LabX Media Group as an employer and am proud to be a part of the LMG team.

I can't say enough good things about LabX Media Group! This is a company that truly cares about their staff and they go above and beyond to make it a fun place to work! We are paid fairly and there's so much room for advancement. The company also offers flexible remote/in office work, so it's great for the work/life balance.  
The days can be very busy and overwhelming at times, but you never have to worry about asking for help- everyone is always friendly and willing to help out. 
What I enjoy most about working here is the people- you won't find a better group! 

LabX media group is really a fantastic place to work.  The corporate culture is welcoming and the business really thrives on innovation and new ideas. The company is continuously growing with new brands and opportunities emerging all the time. They are flexible about remote work and have really comprehensive benefits. 

LabX Media Group took a chance on me almost five years ago when I was looking for summer work, ever since then they have supported me and my career goals. I am now full-time at LMG and in the field that I studied in school. To say they are flexible is an understatement whether it's juggling your personal life or trying a new approach with your work they are happy to accommodate. I love working here and I can't sing their praises enough.
