With an impending government compliance check on the Social Assistance program at Lake Babine Nation, their council invited Xyntax to train new staff and optimize processes to assist meeting government expectations. A previous compliance scored 35% which drastically needed improvement. I basically found five years of work had to be redone in a space of four-five months. I assist their client to achieve a fantastic 98.63% compliance pass rate.

•	Ongoing new staff training to utilize Xyntax Software especially in the SA Module.
•	Diagnose and check every data inputted into Xyntax over a five year period for errors. Repair those errors and ensure all manual processes were in place.
•	Implement missing government policies and procedures.
•	Cut out unnecessary manual procedures to improve overall productivity.
•	Monitor remotely ongoing repair of all work and liaise with council.

A typical day at work would be starting at 8:30am and have an open door policy and would book appointments and complete appointments throughout the day. I would Counsel individuals, families, and children with many different issues. The most prevalent issue was Substance abuse, neglect, and physical, verbal, and emotional abuse. I learned many things working here, such as Aboriginal politics on reserves, living on reserves, knowledge of unbearable living arrangements. My co-workers, for the most part, were great and fun to work with. The hardest part of the job was hearing devastating stories from the band members. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping others with their challenges.

70% of the staff and council are related. Very biased. If you are not from the community, you are treated with less respect than community members. If you have to fire or lay off someone who has a relative that you report to, expect negative backlash. Nepotism everywhere. They use band funds to pay for their vacation homes. Highly stressful workplace. Management turnover every one to two years, due to how poorly the council treat the manager.

I've learned how to work with other's very well, I learned a lot about my cultural tradition value's. I also worked very hard doing labour work carrying heavy stuff up hills and getting up at the crack of dawn, I am a reliable worker I love to do my best at every job sight I am on I learned very quickly

I recently finish Fundamentals of Human Resources course, I have learnt a lot about being an HR position, where Human Resources manager will be involved in many different tasks, meetings and responsibilities. HR Manager are typically involved with staffing, training, benefits, policies and legal compliance.

I love to work hard. I love my family. Im in need of a job. Please hire me. My first time using indeed. I enjoy using heavy equipment. I don't care if its camp, or not. I'm up to anything right about now, as bills pile up. thank you for your time.

Typical day was just learning about the cultures and helping elderly people management was good my co-workers at the time were some old school friends the hardest part was learning how to do paper work the most enjoyable part was just being the summer student

was a lot of work but I meet a lot of people and had a good time. I learned how to find hot spots and put them out. the hardest part was packing up all the hoses and carrying them back to the truck. I liked to be out in the bush and watching wildlife.

there was many dutys that had to be filled daily givin tasks to complete and on call for maintanance and delivery to the comunitys

I cannot give a review for this organization for my opinion in regards to them differs in every way.  My time employed with the band office was beneficial in some ways but not all.
