I understand that a lot of companies have people create reviews for them. I know this because I and others did very bad reviews for a previous college and they just kept having someone to good reviews. This is not one of those reviews. 
This college is extremely well run and managed. I know this because I teach management and I have had my own business previously. This place is fantastic. It's not perfect, and trust me, that you will not find it anywhere. However, this is about a close to perfect that you will get.
Let's start with the executive management. They do what executives should be doing, that is strategic management and not trying to meddle in the work of the teachers. They really do focus on the future and navigate the direction of the college. The managers, however, provide direction, feedback, and support to the teachers. 
The other teachers provide amazing support to each other.
Honestly, I love working here. Even in the online environment, I look forward to my job. The hardest part of the job right now is making connections with the students in an online environment.
If you are looking for a job whether it be teaching or otherwise, this is a place you should consider, I have been working my whole life, and this is one of the best environments I have worked in.

A typical day at work with ICICI Bank Ltd, a customer walked into the branch who lost his debit card. He lost is wallet in which he has all his debit and credit cards and proper identification. Customer is need of money and would like to withdraw from his account. Unfortunately customer do not remember his account number. I took the initiative and helped the customer search his account number blocked all the cards and helped the customer to get some money from his account with the help of my reporting Manager. I learned that nothing is important than customer specially when we work in customer service related jobs. I should appreciate the management help. They provided me the best training and gave me time to prepare myself for the task. My co-workers also helped me in initial days as I'm a fresher(without corporate company knowledge). The hardest part of the job working 7 days a week without proper breaks. the most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with customers all the time and making them happy which ultimately makes me happy.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It was good until it wasn't. The organization is just a cash cow for international students and truly forgot how to provide good service to the students. It was extremely disheartening as a staff member to witness things going wrong and not being able to make a change for the better.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Almost every department/position is over worked and under staffed. In the department I worked in their was 4 folks that took stress leaves in my 6 year span.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
only part of the staff care for the students and want to make changes for the better, the other part do the bare minimum that's expected from them. It's exhausting!! 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy assisting students with their concerns and inquiries.

Began work, reviewed previous data and began startup procedures for apparatuses and computers. performed testing on required samples and created spreadsheets to catalog the data.
   I learned about the inner mechanics of PEM fuel cells and how to determine peak conditions for testing.
   the co-workers were other graduates from the Alternative Energy Engineering program, they were kind, readonalbe and helpful.
   the most difficult part of the job was performing the testing with slightly out of date equipment, calibrating required extreme precision and the apparatus had to be maintained at peak conditions.
   the most enjoyable part of the job was learning how the apparatus worked, after much troubleshooting, it became easier to troubleshoot any errors during the testing and explain the data to the head researcher.

The worst part of this job is that 80% of faculty members are on contract, meaning you get your in-class hours paid and that’s it. They claim that your salary is meant to account for time spent on lesson prep, student communication, and grading, and at first the wage looks amazing, but the amount I worked outside of class, when I was not paid, made the final hourly pay about minimum wage. If you really love your field, and it’s a field that is relevant to a program offered rather than a core requisite, it might be good for you. 

Typical day was organizing a plan for mechanical planning for 2 MTI classes of 32 students in each class
I learned the students were very confused. They wanted to know field experience, so I taught them.
Management was not involved with my program at all. Hiring, instruction management was very good
Culture was very open and personal were very helpful
Teaching non mechanical students who had no interest is hard
i enjoyed teaching the students the basics of rotating and reciprocating machinery.
I enjoyed teaching them the many hazards along with safe work practices
I taught them the fundamentals of each piece of equipment
Many of the graduate students were hired on my reccomendation

Salaries are well below average, almost all the teachers are immigrants, 99% of the students are from India and are not interested in studying.  The students only study at the school so that they can get a visa to come to Canada and get a work permit.  Many times, the classes run empty as nobody is remotely interested in coming to school to study.

Management does not care about the staff or the students and only care about their revenue.  Facilities are there but are done by the lowest bidder.

It's ok to work for a short time to get your footing but there is no career here and the environment is not that great.  Most staff leave after a year.  Before it was Chinese management, now it is Indian management.  There is nothing Canadian at the school.

A typical day at work is being at my desk looking forward to new students come in for their registration. I learnt a lot in communicating with people of different background and cultures. My colleagues were detailed and everyone maintained a welcoming atmosphere and embraced team spirit. The hardest part of the job was ensuring that you do not loose student's personal items like International passport while attending to over 600 students at the same time. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting to meet the new students and meet their different needs. It reminded me of myself when I was a new student too.

My timing was flexible timing as i was apart time employer at the work place and it was a campus job in the college where I studied. I t was a wonderful work place, stress free and excellent co-workers. It infact gave me a positive impact about the canadian work experiece. My job was to update the student and employer database which i throughly enjoyed and it eventually gave me a opportunity to do research in finding prospect employers. My day today job is to assist the students and staffs who walk into the busy office. I was also a part in organising the student orientation event tasks
