Was put on a very fast pace with a operators who didn't want me to be there, was given poor training ,was hired to do a specific job an never was utilized by the company was bounced around from one operation to a other not given the time to get enough experience to perform well and put undo pressure on the employees to work out of their comfort zone. Work 12h shift and never receive shift premium working weekends get laid off more often than plans I've worked for or go to work a do work that had no part of what I was hired for at time work with chemical for stripping and cleaning equipment with limited safety equipment. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Pay day, and not alot, management sucks,HR is the owner's daughter,sooo, don't complain, nothing comes of it except puts you on the "hit list"

Listening to the BS from management 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is no culture and the work environment is toxic

Doesn't matter how well you do at your job, you're always get negative feed back and if you don't agree,bye, bye

The company is good in every aspect the employers and co workers are friendly

Nothing at all, things are going according to plans at the company

Very nice environment and safe working stations with a very good cultural heritage 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very nice and conducive  nog bad at all

Rotating 12 hour shifts , 2 weeks days 2 weeks nights . Reaches over 100° most days . Your often not trained properly and expected to do more than you're job outline entitles . Most the managers are under qualified and seems the place just coast . The owners a good guy but needs to get ahold of the crew before he loses them all . 90% of the employees hired quit or looking for other work . Verry long days and longer nights . Never appreciated.

My experience with Laminacorr Industries was very educational I learned a lot in the manufacturing field from the start of the process to the tail end of the finish production line. I learned how to operate various machines with great coaching and understanding managers. The owner is an awesome individual as well, who actually takes the time to listen to your concerns. Overall amazing experience. 

Great company to work for. The owner truly cares about his employees. 

In any place you work, you'll have "bad apples" that believe they're being treated unfairly, but the truth is, if you do your job and have pride in what you do, this place recognizes that! 

If you're a hard worker that wants to invest in a company and watch it grow, this is the place for you!

"Production assistant" more like packer.
Stand for 12 hours placing sheets on a pallet. 
My trainer was a mess and completely unable to be a trainer. I basically had to learn on the fly  and figure it out for my self. Its honestly a dead end job for someone who doesn't want to really work.?

Overall, a good company to work for. Very laid back, no stress involved.  Management is very friendly and approachable to staff.  Always ready to lend a helping hand when necessary. 

Face paced environment, friendly trainers as well as management. The work can be a little dry at times but your coworkers make time fly and set up a great environment!!  

Impossible to please these people. Terrible working conditions. No job security. Unsafe work practices. Extremely hot working environment in the summer.
