The company goes through restructuring every couple of months, so doesn't really have confidence in its direction.  Workflow is extremely sporadic, with top down changes occurring weekly.  Routinely entirely product lines change while in production.  While the company does promote from within, opportunities for training and advancement are rare.  There is an aggressive focus on austerity when it comes to salaries; salaries are low and the company relishes bringing in interns to fill out their staff.  As a closing note, while the company begrudgingly has a work from home option, they certainly don't have enough parking spaces or desks for their entire staff.

Coworkers and staff are usually pretty nice and supportive. The old management was great. Once they changed around the management and hired externally, the culture shifted into something less pleasant. Was literally told that if I got hit by a bus and died, I would be replaceable. Steady hours, overtime is always compensated and communicated in advance. A big separation between warehouse and office staff, which is saddening. There’s literally a wall separating the two groups so they formed tight cliques which isn’t beneficial to company growth

Co-workers are nice, discounts are decent.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management sucks, they have no structure and only focus on shipping products.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is toxic, they don’t care for the employees,they pay very low and HR soesnt do anything for the employees.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Deal with stupid management, listen to them BS about how to ship products and pay for your own coffee.

it is nice environment, but really underpaid for the amount of work its given by supervisors and managers.
Management is extremely incompetent, therefore there is lack of organization and motivation.
Coworkers are coming form very bad backgrounds and sometimes it makes it hard to work with them specially customer service.
I appreciate the liberty the company gives as a balance between work and life, but I have to say that not enough again for the salary we are given.

The only physical boutique is not considered by higher management and neither is the management and the employees of the boutique. The higher management also completely dismisses the artistic direction of the smaller businesses they bought, ignoring the cultural and artistic impact they had to the city of Montreal and its history. The marketing team is really not well managed, making the accessibility to our product (social media and website) harder for everyone.

Working at Raymond Lanctôt as a Logistics Coordinator has been a really positive experience. The team is friendly, supportive, and always willing to help each other out. I’ve learned so much about logistics and supply chain, and every day brings something new. It can get busy at times, but it’s a great environment to grow and challenge yourself. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and appreciate the people I worked with.

Good over all experience with this company. But the salary could increase at least every year witch it wasn't the case for many. Costumer service could have more stability. agents came and left pretty fast

Very autonomous position, however there is no direction from management and they are all over the place.  Often takes weeks to get an answer to a simple question.  On boarding did not prepare me at all for the position, and Manager didn't understand my job.

No proper supervision in the warehouse, it's like the blind leading the blind. Management is very unfair and unfriendly. Very hard labor and the pay is terrible 

NOT MUCH TO SAY WAS NOT THERE LONG ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THEM.
