What is the best part of working at the company?
Cooking and cleaning and keeping the guest happy also manage the camp when boss left the camp

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing at all really enjoyed myself 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Woods and wild flowers beautiful scenery and I loved the hummingbird 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy full day cook breakfast and get lunches ready for the workers stocked shelves and fridge clean rooms did laundry set tables for dinner sweep mop the floors vacume landings

It was an absolute pleasure working for this company. The team from the head office are just great and made me feel like a valued team member.

The work was straightforward and you had plenty of perks including paid travel, overtime pay, free meals, and free accommodation and utilities. 

The job was fairly enjoyable and you worked with a team who wanted to help you grow and recognise your existing potential. 

I miss this job and would recommend it to somebody who is proactive, committed and easygoing.

It tales forever to give you a raise. My last straw was when they hired me for one position then when I got to the remote work site they added on a bunch of different job positions. Breakfast cook/sandwich maker/baker/ dishwasher for 170 people. It was only me working. At the end they made it so I would quit. They ended up charging me travel which wasn't what I agreed. I ended up pay for my flights there and back so technically for being there for 11 days I only got three days pay after paying for my own travel.

It was very in organized . To many Bosses which didn’t know what they were doing 
Promote bulling

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everyday working on 30 to 38 rooms
Cut hours from 12 to 10 hour day

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible , again they did nothing about bullying 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful, no matter how hard you worked boss would complain about stupid things

Lowest wages (barely above minimum wage fit some roles) make it difficult for staff to live based on cost of living in BC, inconsistent treatment of staff and extremely inconsistent enforcement of discipline, staff are not o early educated and gossip seems to be the accepted company culture. Shameful. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
I got to work in BC instead of travelling out of province.  But now its owned by Aramark,  all the Alberta employees are coming in for them.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with people that thought I wasn't competent enough to do my job.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Some camps were ok.  Most of the "cooks" had their title go to their heads.

The people 
Getting to interact with so many people 
Your are treated like family
The food and hospitality is amazing

  Clients getting out of control

At LandSea the work is engaging, diversified and the days are full!  Everyone here is committed to bringing their best skills and efforts to supporting the team.  It's like being part of a huge extended family that just keeps growing!  
I love the people and how hard we all work towards delivering our best for our clients.  We work through challenges supporting each other along the way and celebrate our successes.  

Even if I was offered another job with them getting paid more than before, I wouldn't go back . After several years with the company they looked at me as still just a contracted cook and there was no loyalty towards the efforts previously worked.
