Before Oil & Gas industry slow down, all was great at the company but as soon as slow down hit, employee value & appreciation decreased quickly. Lots of people were kept on that should have been laid off and the loyal, hard workers were laid off.

Th work environment at LandSolutions is like a family. Everyone works together to address issues and provide the best possible service to clients. It's a fun place to be where people care about each other and the success of the organization.

Positive team, eager to teach and learn new processes, management was encouraging and always approachable.

LandSolutions is a broker so first off know that you will not get the same perks as working in house. Overall, a great collaborative work environment, competitive wages, and most importantly everyone is treated like family. Love the culture and the people!

A typical land broker. Great experience people. If you are not in the "experienced clique" you are disposable and your severance will be insultingly small.
