LSC & LMS does not care one iota about their employees.  They are very underhanded and make up fabrications to suit their own purpose.  Nothing you can do will ever be good enough.  You can give everything you have and more and nope....not enough. Bathrooms sit in the kitchen and don’t work half the time so be prepared to run out to use a washroom elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional environment.  Don’t expect your pay check to be right ever. Unqualified staff in the payroll department.  Nothing in the payroll department is ever confidential so be careful. The only professional thing about that place was the three ladies in the accounting department upstairs.  Oh look!!! They have left!  No surprise there.  In all honesty.....the place is a joke.

It's a job. It pays. Otherwise there are no "upsides".

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management forcing a KPI system and not understanding where the delays come from. Its going to shaft everyone for the bonus at years end

Its corporate toadying at its finest. Management are heavily dependant on numbers that make sense for senior personel that have no way to apply for new staff members

Constantly being pushed, and being punished for learning / questioning the status quo

just about everything, no support from certain management, lack of communication is huge

stressful, not being appreciated, but told that they do care by certain managers

very long and there is always alot of confusion as to getting stuff done

Landmark Canada has a very poor job culture, management team does not care about their employees. Expect to be working long hours with no breaks. Overall, lots of unhappy staff. No room for advancement.
Cons: No room for advancement, very old building, poor work environment, no lunchroom, no incentives for employees, no flexibility on hours of work, favoritism
Pros: RRSP program and decent benefits

This company doesnt care about its staff at all. Got layed off and in order to come back to work for them i was given a choice. Lose my living allowance which i got for two years because i do not live in the province. Or not go back. That 1/3 of my take home taken right out of my pocket. Im better off going back to pei.

Enjoyed working for the company until the company got sold and had the change in management which now made the company look more like a joke. Decisions took for every to be made.  Ended up being more chiefs than indians.

Review of accounts payable and accounts receivable.  Weekly payroll and government remittance.  The management team were very helpful and enjoyable to work with.

Constant pressure and no space for learning.
Junior members  who are poor teachers with incomplete understanding of job are assigned to teach new hires. Senior members are constantly busy and offer less help

Great people to work with, varied week schedule with site visits.  Able to flex hours based on work requirements and personal schedules. specialized product supporting communities across the province.

co workers and management is very friendly. although there is not much room for growth within this company. facility is old and could use a major renovation.
