I've been working for almost six years but i never had an experience in such a way that it was not based according to the job description that i have sign prior before i left my country. However it was a challenging and tough to manage at first but when i get the hang of it i was able to get along with the work as well. Regardless that it's not competitive in terms of man power and benefits. This experience will add again to the leanings that I've been going through and yet will somehow benefits me in a long run. On the other hand i was able to prove and keep probing to the company how good i'am in my profession in terms of back office work and sales aspect.

I enjoyed a lot with the company and learnt so many things in terms of operation, sop, floor standard merchandise display. Staff are very good, manager are supportive. The work culture is good. I didn't noticed any federalism within the team. Great environment to work with people but the only one this which i got lack is Landmarkgorup company hiring people in very less salary.

Landmark provided me an opportunity to develop work skills, management skills, and way to move up the ladder from an estimator to one of the senior managers. That was heavily involved in the how the direction of the company was moving forward.  The hardest part for me was leaving the company due to the downturn in the economy.  Which forced the company to downsize considerably.

The culture is very much keep your head down and work, must people are doing multiple jobs and have a heavy workload.  No direction or communication from management, great company and fantastic people but no vision and too many big heads making the wrong decisions.  

They make many promises but none came about.  Average benefits,  lower salaries and no real culture.

•	Resolving grievances of after sales customers, thereby satisfying customer needs.
•	Negotiate or participate in negotiations with customers there by giving appropriate assistance

Great coworkers and management make it worth going to work. Hardest part of the job is standing for long hours, stressful and the job of dishwashing itself.

Smile and greet the customer while entering the store. Assisting customer complains and how can i solve the problem. Monitoring of baggers and cashiers.

It is unstable with some rigid rules. It had some redundancy and when i was hired they working on improving the process and being Lean but i didn't stay ling enough to experience this
