Ive worked at this company for over a year, and my experience is extremely disappointing. While things started off promising with decent management, that quickly changed when there was a management switch about seven months into my role.

The company makes false promises to new hires, such as offering pay increases at three months, six months, and a year, but they never follow through. Despite working there for over a year, I stayed at $19/hour with no raise, even after asking multiple times.

After the management change, the work environment became unbearable. Employees were required to make 30 phone calls a day to clients, forcing them to come into the clinic and pushing aggressive sales tactics on them. If clients said no or refused to spend money, we were penalized and told we weren’t performing well enough. Management prioritized sales above all else and showed no concern for the well-being of employees or clients.

The working conditions are awful. Ten-hour shifts were scheduled back-to-back with no consideration for work-life balance, and employees weren’t even allowed to sit during their shifts, no matter how long they were. Instead of fostering a supportive team environment, management created a toxic, competitive culture by pitting employees against each other with unrealistic sales targets.

The management from head office was especially dismissive and rude. They openly stated that employees were replaceable and showed no interest in addressing our concerns. If anyone voiced unhappiness, the response was always, “If you’re unhappy, you can quit, and we’ll replace you.” Employees were treated as nothing more than numbers, and the company made it clear they would have no trouble replacing us by the next day.

Overall, this company operates with a complete lack of empathy, respect, and professionalism. It’s a toxic place to work where your hard work and dedication mean nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone looking for a supportive or sustainable workplace.


Working at the laser clinic has been an incredibly rewarding experience both professionally and personally. A typical day is fast-paced—especially depending on the location—but the shifts go by quickly because you’re always busy with something productive. There’s never a dull moment, and you’re constantly engaged in meaningful tasks that make the day fly.

One of the best parts about working here is the abundance of learning opportunities. From day one, the training provided helps build on the knowledge and skills you already have, and the instructors are amazing—always available to answer any questions and truly invested in your growth. It’s clear that the company values development, and there are many avenues for advancement if you’re motivated to grow in your career.

The work environment itself is both friendly and professional. Fellow staff members are extremely welcoming and create a space where no question ever feels like a bad one. The team culture is genuinely supportive, and management plays a big role in that as well. They’re encouraging, approachable, and always willing to offer guidance or celebrate your wins with you.

One of the more challenging aspects of the job can be hitting targets or set goals, but even that becomes manageable thanks to the team-oriented atmosphere. Everyone works together and supports one another, which makes a huge difference in staying motivated and on track.

Above all, the most fulfilling part of the job is seeing the results you help provide for clients—watching them grow more confident and feel comfortable in their own skin is truly the most rewarding aspect of what we do. It’s a privilege to be part of their journey and to contribute to such positive transformations.

I started working at LCC in September. Honestly, this is one of the most amazing companies I've ever worked for and from what I've heard from other injectors it really is one of the best places to work as a cosmetic nurse injector. First off, the management is super helpful, supportive, and caring. The pay is very good compared to other companies in this industry, so far I think the best. Personally, I really value when a company invests in their staff and provides training. LCC has given me so much valuable training that I use on a day to day basis. They are constantly helping all their staff grow as an individual and professional, which I really value. The management understands work life balance and are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. The aesthetic of the clinic also makes it so comforting to work in. The staff they hire are all very friendly and knowledgeable. There is no workplace bullying or cliques (which I hear happens often in other clinics). Truly,  it is a wonderful team. I also feel very supported as a nurse because there is always someone you can reach out to if you have any questions, and everyone responds super quick. I highly recommend any skilled injector to work for this company, you will not regret. 


Toxic Workplace with Limited Growth Opportunities

Working at this clinic was one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. The environment is toxic, and management shows little to no care for its employees. They frequently hire very young, inexperienced staff straight out of school. This means experienced technicians end up spending much of their time babysitting or training others—tasks we aren’t paid for and shouldn’t have to manage.

The services they offer are also extremely basic. Facials are limited to the most elementary treatments, and laser hair removal training is similarly superficial. While this might be fine for beginners, once you become an advanced technician, there’s no room for growth. The clinic offers no advanced training or exposure to cutting-edge treatments, making it impossible to expand your skills or career opportunities further. It feels like they stop caring about your development entirely once you reach a certain level.

Management doesn’t invest in staff or the clinic’s quality. The lack of support, advanced training, and respect for employees makes it clear that they value profits over both their team and their clients.

If you’re serious about advancing in aesthetics or learning valuable skills, avoid this place. It’s not worth the stress or wasted potential.

It was decent upon starting, however upon shifts in management within the last few months it really took a downward spiral. Sales pressures were too much and retention was not prioritized. They seem to care mostly about getting the most amount of people possible through the door. There is no receptionist, the staff are expected to take turns answering the phone and greet patients at the door, check people in and out. Without any gaps in between clients - there is barely any time to do this. Phone calls never ever get answered as no one is designated to do this - the staff don't have time. Clients always complain that they tried to call and no one answers. They pressure you into making all sorts of pushy sales tactics, cold calls and to persuade anyone and everyone to make a purchase. The only perk is the complimentary treatments for staff. However, the staff is definitely not recognized for their hard work - only if they sell a lot and it shows on paper. Even so, you are still treated so poorly and just discarded once they are done with you. It has such a high turnover rate for staff for a reason. Most of the staff don't seem to want to work there due to the lack of appreciation and recognition for their hardwork and what they are compensated for. Definitely not a great place to work in, you will burn out very quickly.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the management and workplace culture. Employees were often treated with little respect, communication was poor, and there was a constant focus on sales over employee well-being and client care. The environment felt stressful and negative, with frequent micromanagement and unrealistic expectations.

Scheduling was also a challenge, as availability was not always respected despite prior agreements. Rather than feeling supported, I often felt pressured and undervalued. The lack of professionalism from leadership made it difficult to enjoy coming to work and ultimately played a major role in my decision to leave.

The only positive aspect of my experience was my coworkers. The team members were friendly, supportive, and worked hard despite the challenges they faced. Unfortunately, strong coworkers were not enough to outweigh the issues with management and the overall workplace environment.


Working at Laser Clinics Canada has been such a rewarding experience. The clinic environment is clean, modern, and professional, and the entire team is incredibly friendly . I’ve had the opportunity to learn and grow so much in my role, especially with ongoing training and mentorship from experienced colleagues.

What makes LCC special is the sense of teamwork and respect among staff. Everyone genuinely cares about delivering the best client experience while also helping each other succeed. I’ve felt valued and appreciated since day one, which really motivates me to give my best every day.

One highlight for me has been the opportunity to work with advanced technology and treatments, which keeps my job exciting and helps me stay current in the medical-aesthetic field. 

This clinic is all about numbers, not people.
Upper management doesn’t care about their employees only about reviews, revenue, and results. Also, doesn’t it seem odd that almost all the “positive” reviews are super recent? That’s because they literally offer $10 gift cards in exchange for 5-star reviews. It’s all about saving face online not actually improving the work environment. People are rejecting offers because of the reviews, That should tell you everything.
Staff are leaving left and right because no one feels supported or respected. You’re overworked, under appreciated,overbooked, underpaid, and replaceable in their eyes. They expect you to sell $350 just to make $20 in commission and that’s before taxes. Make it make sense!
If you’re thinking of working here, run don’t walk. The turnover is high for a reason, and no amount of fake reviews can hide the truth. If you have any other job offers take them. Seriously. Don’t waste your time here.

This review is based on my personal experience working at this location. The workload was extremely heavy, with schedules often fully booked and treatments booked back to back. During longer shifts, it was  impossible to take  a break , which made the work physically and mentally exhausting over time.

Although sick days were mentioned as part of the role, I personally felt discouraged from using them, even when not feeling well. I also noticed frequent staff turnover, which seemed connected to the workload and overall stress of the environment. When clients were unhappy, it often felt like staff were held responsible, even when the issues were related to scheduling or limited appointment time. Communication around expectations and policies, could be unclear, which added to the stress.

The coworkers themselves were supportive and kind, but overall the pace and demands of the job made it difficult for me to sustain long-term without burning out.

I've worked at LCC for four months. During my short time here, one thing was made very clear - Laser Clinics is an exceptional work environment! Supportive management, structured career advancement, daily and long-term goal planning, transparent and inclusive communication. These are some of the few components that have made working for LCC an absolute pleasure. It feels great waking up excited to come to work; knowing that I will make an impact on a personal, clinical, and interpersonal level. Did I forget to mention the benefits? Laser Clinics is not shy to reward performance! You will feel appreciated and see the physical manifestation of your hard work. I look forward to the many years to come working with LCC and the continued growth to achieve within the company.
