The best part of working at Laserbody MD is building genuine connections with clients while helping them feel confident and cared for. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part can be balancing a high volume of inquiries while ensuring each client still receives personalized attention. However, it’s also what makes the role rewarding, as it pushes me to stay organized, adaptable, and consistently deliver a great experience.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is positive, professional, and team-oriented. Everyone is supportive and motivated, which creates a culture where you feel encouraged to grow, collaborate, and celebrate each other’s successes while providing the best possible experience for clients.

I loved working at the front desk at Laserbody MD!  The general vibe was relaxed, the vibe of the staff was friendly, and everyone with whom I worked on a day-to-day basis's top priority was a smooth workday.  Management reliably accommodates scheduling needs- perfect for students! Work-Life boundaries were paramount here, something I miss a lot and something more companies should adopt. Instructions were clear, corrections were judgment-free, and 'off' times were spent combing through spreadsheets. If you are neurodivergent like me, you'll love it here. 

The only downside I can think of was daily escalations due to my location not having a manager being on-site, but that's no fault of the company and rather symptomatic of working a customer service role. Patience and thick skin are needed. 

Great place to work! 

Low pay for nurses!!! The company takes advantage of nurses who want to work in the aesthetic industry vs hospital patient care. 
Stay clear from companies who uses Sales Consultants who dictate what services clients “needs”and have the nurses fulfill. Nurses have more medical background to consult and assess client to determine what is appropriate and safe. The company is VERY sales driven,  taking advantage of patients and those who are vulnerable just for the sales, at the expense of clients and their health and well being! 
Staff are assigned to different locations, responsible assembling laser/aesthetic equipment as machines also travel between all sites. 

Poor company culture, poor patient/staff value. 


The days are very long! A good day was less then 10 hours. 

Work here and be ready to pull the knife out of your back.  They smile to your face and talk trash about you before you are able to turn around.  Don't trust anyone, especially the head office leadership team, ALL OF THEM!   The things I heard them say about other staff.   I was shook! 

 I have never worked with a group of people that are like this.  I was warned about this, and didn't believe any company could treat their staff this way.  Well, they figured out a way to make you feel horrible.  This is not a business you want to be work for.  Save yourself the time and stress and find anywhere else to work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Way too competitive. Especially in the client care. The call centre manager and team lead are very discouraging and talk to you like you’re their servant. The two of them have the worst customer service too

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible. No one there works as a team. Everyone just competes against each other 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It’s all competitive and the company just pins people against each other. We have to book a certain number of people. But it’s not our fault if clients don’t want to come in

terrible, do not care about staff, trap you with contract, "cult" like energy "wellbeing" hung EVERYWHERE yet they dont care for ur wellbeing they dont care about you only the amount of money you can put into their pockets.  are plenty of better spas that pay better and care they care more about how much money can be made rather than the well-being of their staff. 

Too much estrogen, very catty environment with lots of gossip and absolutely ZERO job security!. Ive seen them fire people just because they didn't like them and the person literally did nothing wrong....nothing is confidential. If you have a personal problem or emergency and have to leave everyone at work will know what happened and they gossip about your problems right infront of you. Very unprofessional place, management is very childish and one sided.

The work involves very long hours, primarily performing basic treatments. There is a significant amount of laser work, often requiring standing from 9 AM to 7 PM.

The environment can be toxic, with frequent gossip, and personal matters may sometimes be used against you. It can also be stressful—when someone calls in sick, the schedule is often overloaded with appointments.

You won’t have a consistent schedule, as it is usually released only two days before the start of the month, providing just one week’s notice. This makes it difficult to plan your personal life

The workplace culture was way better than I expected. I was initially intimidated by the company because of the industry that it was in, but I could not have been more wrong. Almost all of my colleagues and management were all kind, welcoming, and enjoyable to work with. Management was helpful in terms of teaching and transitioning to the new position, as well! I believe the hardest part of the job would be the few tough clients here and there, but apart from that, it's a good place to work in. 

 This company is in a productive growth phase, targeting culture and service as its priority. I love that employees have a real ability to affect change and it is inspiring to see those ideas help to flourish a business. The team is fun and collaborative and I can confidently say I love coming to work everyday. I love People and I love creating so this job has allowed me to combine my passion to invent a structure that makes employees and clients our #1
