I have worked at Lathered Cleaning Company for a few months, and I want to share my experience. The cleaning job can be tough at first, but you get used to it in about two weeks and lathered helps you so much to learn it faster.
Lathered makes the job easier by covering transportation costs, so that’s not a worry. You get paid weekly, and it’s always on time.
The management and support team are very kind and helpful. My coworkers are friendly and willing to teach you. The stress level is much lower than other jobs like restaurant, and you can listen to music or podcasts while you work with one ear.
Overall, I’ve only experienced kindness and support here. Like any job, if you don’t do well and a client is unhappy, it’s important to own up to it. The company culture is great, and you really feel that your team and managers are behind you. Even if you break something in clients house, the company fully supports you and will cover the costs. Of course, this doesn’t mean you should be careless—after a while, you’ll get the hang of it. 
The equipment provided to me is very high quality and eco-friendly, with no harsh smells that could bother you while working. Both the clients and we, as employees, are satisfied with it. Once , when my vacuum broke, the support team quickly provided me with a new, functioning one.
The management and support team are very supportive. For example, if you encounter a messier house that takes about 10 minutes longer to clean, it’s not a problem as long as you communicate and inform the company. They are always available to help you.
There is a system for requesting time off, and you can register your requests there. The employment contract is clear and detailed. Additionally, there’s app available where you can learn many useful tips, and you can communicate with the managers whenever you want and this app helps you to stay updated.

I was so excited to work with lathered! The ad seemed so great and something I’d like to pursue. Although the entirety of my time working there, I felt unwanted, hated even. The bosses didn’t really get to know me except for one during the first few months. Scheduling is awful, changes in a dime and sometimes you think you’re working the next day then boom! You’re not. You’re funny if you thought full time equals full time! You’re part time even if you are claimed to be full time. The ads they post are not accurate to pay, and flexibility. Managers are a handful and can’t stay organized for the life of them. Overall employees are wonderful, life long friends. Clients are okay. Some are so picky you can’t ever please them. Some clients are lovely, some perks. Little to no gas pay and recognition to travel, some days you travel an hour out an hour in.  Be sure to have a fuel efficient car, no trucks or gas guzzlers. The managers I also found were very misunderstanding, switching things around constantly and trying to make their lazy selves better (always on Facebook during working hours and on salary). They don’t respect people’s schedules that don’t work correctly. Over work the under paid (18 and under wages) and don’t work the decently paid enough therefore it evens out the pay. An average day is okay, sometimes they over load the schedule and you’re so tired no matter how well you look after yourself. Most enjoyable part of the job is time off or parties. And the annual reviews, don’t really cover anything. Just was a quick chat, didn’t discuss anything without someone needing to be somewhere, forgetting something, losing something, etc. 

They provide all supplies, nothing is at cost to me. This was important to me as at my last cleaning job, they paid me higher per hour but I had to buy my own supplies and pay to fix/replace my vacuum which severely decreased my take home pay.
The team at the office was always understanding when I needed time off, for any reason. There is a simple min. time window to submit your request. Even when a last minute need for time off came up, they were so understanding and kind with helping receive that time off. 
There is a group of field managers who get to know you as an individual and give you regular performance reviews. They will stop in on you at cleans for quality assurance, help and feedback. Sometimes they would even help us with the clean and not take away from our pay! 
There is a bonus system in place for the regular cleans, and this helps me better predict my hours per week as an hourly employee. 
I was able to do my own laundry at home so that I didn't have to come to the office before and after each shift to get clean cloths and mop heads. 
I was able to view my schedule for the month on an app, but sometimes it would change to cover sick days or cancellations.
Lathered is clear on the vision/mission and values so that the team is always on the same page. They also practice what they preach! 

The culture of this company is like no other! They value their clients and staff and will literally bend over backwards to accommodate anything they can for anyone. 
Lathered's communication with the clients and staff is clear and exact. From company values to expectations to pricing. They have office staff which allows me to do what I love and just clean!! They explain all of their pricing ahead of time to ensure that we are working with budgets. They communicate this with their staff too so that we know what the clients expectations are. They even go as far as checking in with us during the  cleaning so that we have a chance to get some cleaning done before we are needed to provide an estimate for how long the rest of the clean will take! Then they let the clients know so that we can carry on cleaning.
it is so relieving to finally find a cleaning company that just lets me clean! The whole team is so awesome and positive. I no longer finish my day feeling drained of energy from unhappy clients and or working with an unhappy team. You can tell and feel that they are honest people who have a lot of integrity. Even the timing of cleaning expectations and the compensation more than fair. With past cleaning companies I've worked for, it's always been one or the other! 
They have my back for appointments, sickness for my children or I and anything else I may need. 
The opportunities that Lathered provides it's staff are endless. 
I can't wait until they are open in my new city. I will be back in a heartbeat!

I have been working here for just over a year now and my experience has been, overall, incredibly positive! My co-workers are amazing, hardworking women! Yes, there can be some gossip, but honestly that is very difficult to avoid at any company you work for. At Lathered, they have an 'open door policy', if you have a concern or question, you are encouraged to reach out. 
From the beginning of my employment, Lathered has been extremely flexible and understanding regarding my schedule. Having a young child that was getting sick quite often when I first started, I had to miss work, and they were always very understanding an empathic. They are always willing to collaborate to find a solution, and I appreciate that very much. As discussed during the interview process, there can be a bit of driving, but they try very hard to keep you as close to home as possible and to limit drive time to no more that 15mins between homes. Anything more is compensated! 
As a company, they have strong values and standards. It's a family here. I think anyone considering applying will appreciate that. If you are willing to work hard, be reliable and have an open and honest line of communication with the office staff, you will love it here!

Working at Lathered has been a truly rewarding experience. The team of ladies I work with are not only fun and supportive, but we genuinely enjoy our time together, which creates a positive and uplifting environment.
 the boss ladies go above and beyond to make our work as smooth and manageable as possible. Their efforts do not go unnoticed, and I believe they do an outstanding job.
I've been with the company for a while now, and I'm very happy with the compensation I receive. It’s been earned through hard work and dedication, and I appreciate that my efforts are being recognized and rewarded.
Lathered has given me the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, both with my coworkers and with many of our wonderful clients. I look forward to coming to work each day, which says a lot about the culture here.
I'm truly grateful to be part of a company that values both personal and professional well being. The understanding and support I’ve received from management means the world to me. We do have some downers here but once its addressed  it's quickly dealt with and we move forward in a positive way! what company doesn't!? lol. I say all this because I love my job, and i love my people here, more appreciation is needed for this company ❤ they do more then enough. 

NO lunches OR breaks! They tell you to eat in your car while driving to the next clean! Good luck finding time to use the bathroom or even get a drink of water. 
This company expects too much of your time and resources to be UNPAID, including driving time, gas, mileage on your vehicle, cleaning and washing of cloths within your own home, picking up cleaning materials from the office/dropping them off, studying their cleaning guide and preparing for training while off of the clock, and their scammy payment model. They will only pay you for time that clients have booked, but if you do not finish in that time, you are expected to stay and complete the clean off the clock! If the client ever complains, you are also expected to go back and fix it unpaid. 

The job is stressful and they will push you beyond reasonable limits so that they can profit. If they are unhappy with your timing, they will simply stop giving you any jobs. The owners are shady and will exploit you. Unsurprising that most of the employees are young women/teenagers who do not know any better and are being taken advantage of. 
This company has a high turn over rate, and for good reason. Beware 

I can honestly say that I’ve never worked for a company like Lathered before, in the most positive of ways. The management is diligent, prompt, accommodating, and understanding. All of these things contribute to creating such a great work culture. You can request more or less hours, and be open about your preferences for work, and the office will always do their best to keep everybody happy.

At the end of the day, Lathered will be good to you if you are good to them. If you are meticulous and efficiently quick at your job, pleasant to staff and clients, and a reliable employee… then your efforts and hard work will never go unntoiced or unrewarded. Love working for a company who is so passionate about the quality of their work and the treatment of their employees, above money. 

I would recommend working here to anybody who has an eye for detail and wants a job that keeps you moving! It’s hard but rewarding work.

Employees were friendly and the supervisor who trained was patient and funny. That is all that was good.

The cleaning products used are not great. You spend a lot of time trying to remove buildup with a natural cleaner which wears you out quickly. Have to drive several hours everyday in your own vehicle and do not get paid for gas or travel. Need to use your own phone data for the schedule app they use. You also have to clean your own dirty rags at home so that is more cost and time to you that is unpaid.

The biggest red flag is their policy on redoing a house if they complained. You had to go back to houses for free so more unpaid work. Management doesn't follow their own policies and get upset easily if you stumble to meet unrealistic deadlines and expectations. Very high turnover for employees. I can't recommend this for anyone.

Typical day was never, it changes within minutes of you leaving your house to go to the first place, and you might have a full day and then by the time you're done, you won't have any houses left to do. Solid 2 hours of work and an hour commute all the time. 

I learned that as long as you bent over backwards for Brandy, you would do good. Otherwise you would get maybe 10 hours of work in a week. With 15 hours commute. 

Management is there for money, they work a full time job and hardly have time to attend to this one, which for some is supposed to be their full time job. 

Work place culture was great unless you were randomly training someone and needed twice the amount of things to clean with, with no communication

The scheduling. You never know what you will work. Not reliable income. 

Most enjoyable is cleaning, and being able to see your work come to fruition.
