Awesome team of people who enjoy the work. Easy to advance and learn within the company. I have been provided the opportunity to grow as a member of Lawrence Park though courses and certification that are all provided by the company itself.

Management works hard  to make sure everyone in the company feels valued and that they are part of the "team".

Great opportunity for those seeking an active life style and who want to remain fit and work outside .

Overall Lawrence park is a superb place to work with plenty of opportunity to work outside, stay in great shape, and grow within the company.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at LPCGC. The work can be hard and challenging at times but the yet the end results can be very rewarding.

Safety and training are paramount at LPCGC with ongoing opportunities for staff to take field related courses.

Working with great people was a huge part of my work experience there. Team building activities like bowling and baseball tournaments make LPCGC a very enjoyable and fun place to work. 

Good wages, benefits and bonuses are also amazing perks the company has to offer!

LP (as they self-refer) is an excellent employer if you are looking to get into landscaping and specialty gardening. They did an excellent job of providing paid training.

The best part of LP is the people. When the schedule is busy the office staff are sent out en masse to help (including the owner) and they pull their weight in the rain with the rest of the field staff.

Was there 3 years. Terrible place to work. Treated like a nobody, unless you've been there for years. No promotions in the future. You're strictly, JUST A LABOURER. Take advantage of their employees. 
To top it off, 10-12 hour days no matter what, 6 days a week. They take on more work/clients, than they have hours in the week to properly provide their "Garden Care".
Proceed with caution. 

Great people awesome bosses and supervisors.
Amazing place to advance skill's and knowledge working around the top professionals in there fields from irrigation/construction/design/stone and maintenance. Top of the top company and it was a pleasure to have worked for them and learned from them .=)

Lawrence Park is a small company with big opportunities. The environment is relaxed and you feel part of a team,  There is always room for advancement within the organization whether you are a field or office staff.  Management can be accommodative and sees family as a priority.  Great company to work for with yearly bonus :)

Was at this company for a few years. Great owner and management, but they need to learn when to get rid of bad formans and employees while rewarding the good ones in stead. They trained me and taught majority of the stuff I know today so overall it is a good company in itself.

It was really nice to work at LPCGC because the people there are so friendly and helpful, making the working environment easy to work. It was really fun to work there.
