Responsibilities
Welcoming the visitors according to the standards and the culture of the company, filtering and forwarding phone calls, having conversations with the visitors and the residents to favor a positive perception of the company, receiving and handling any emergency calls of the residents, receiving and handling the residents calls concerning the maintenance of the residence, contacting and welcoming the emergency services, distributing security chips and parking stickers, making the weekly menu and selling meal passes, making the reservations for the activities in the residence, distributing mail, faxing and photocopying, paying great attention to the monitors and cameras of the residence , making announcements from the management and the other departments.

Responsibilities
•	Welcoming the visitors, filtering and forwarding phone calls
•	Receiving and handling any emergency calls of the residents
•	Contacting and welcoming the emergency services
•	Providing security and parking passes to personnel and visitors
•	Creating the weekly menu in Excel
•	Distributing the mail and other clerical tasks
•	Supervising the monitors and cameras of the residence 
•	Broadcasting the daily announcements and activities to the residents

Management is terrible and ill equipped to deal with experienced, mature individuals. The head of the group waned blind obedience.  Manager who had no previous management experience prior was never trained on being a chef de service, or managing people.

Avoid this company, poor salary, poor management, always on call day and night. Only there for making money and pressure employees to reach their profit goals and exhaust their employees. Literally any similar job in the public health system offers a better pay for better conditions. Weak insurances and not unionized so they can do whatever they want with you.  

Bad place to work you got to suck up to the bosses to keep your job there is no consideration for the good work you give them it's only normal that employes come and go stay far from this employer salary are peanuts for the work and harrasement8

You’re just a number and can easily be replaced. Coworkers treat each other like dirt, not always à pleasant environment. Schedules are all over the place, you can’t even plan your life properly because you are never sure when you work. 

If you need hours, it's the place to work. 
Every dept there are hours to do. Night or day. 
Always missing staff.
Due to the low pay.
People working in the admin positions are easy to talk to but they have to follow the head office decisions.

They aren’t capable to offer a good salary.
They look all the time for the employees but people don’t want to stay. Management don’t care about security residents.

Big company, lots pf comming/going staff. Problem with hours paid, asking a lot vs giving average back. In the end of the day(overril) when it a big company we are all just a number…

Great work very good environment and people I will never forget about my work st groupe maurice it become more then work and more like a family after a while
