Excellent pay and they really treat you like family. Great Christmas parties and bonuses. All ways lots of food in camp. And accommodating if your not in camp. 2 brothers know their business. One time my check didn’t get dispersed at Christmas took one phone call and the owner ran it over with a handshake and a thank you for my service. Great guys great crew’s.

Lemare is a great place to work if you don’t mind being micro managed, abused, talked down on, and told how to do every single part of your job. The shop management is horrible, the charge hands are horrible, people have showed up to work their first day, and turned around and walked away. Huge turnover of employees. I saw 10 good guys come and go in a year.

Very high pace,  learning on the fly ,  Still working when allot of others are not,  Co-workers are really great guys,  Hardest part of the job is working with minimal resources and the most enjoyable part of the job is the scenery when you go on service calls.

No training ,very toxic work environment and poor management. There was a very high turnover rate with employees now I see why. Your expected to put in extra time with no extra pay. I will not recommend this company to anyone 

Had a fine experience working there, the logging strike happened and I lost my job and never got it back. Was replaced by another person with little to no knowledge of mechanics or welding 

Flexable yet hardworking company. Honest days work for an honest days pay!! I worked there over 5 years before the strike. Great experience and learned alot.

fast pace and many types of old and new equipment to be maintained.
shifts are flexible for people that are unable to find proper places of living accommodations

Loved my time at Lemare, was always a challenge, beautiful country to work in. inclusive culture. safety is utmost and you are very well looked after . 

A great place to start for someone new to the trades. I learned so much in my 2 and half years with the company. Mechanical experience is an asset here.

Don't take of equipment,environment,,employees.
