Leadhand

Starting my shift at 5am I begin the day with planning and organizing the days work in order to distribute the workload to my co-workers. The rest of my day is comsumed with ordering material, parts and work supplies for assembly team. I thouroughly enjoy working with my hands and being under pressure to maximize work completion and production. I believe a large portion of my mechanical experience was learned during my current employment. The hardest part of my job to date is not having enough work to keep me busy.

I enjoy to work and learn. Everyday I strive to learn something new. I try to lead by example and focus on working as a team. My coworkers are a part of my work family. I enjoy a challenge and only find my job difficult when people refuse to work together as a team. I have a very fast pace and busy job which I enjoy the days never seem to drag cause I am always on the go

It was a good place to work and fun to go for walks at lunchtime.  Lots of wildlife to be seen.  We frequently enjoyed baby geese and deer on the property.

.Prepare work loads at beginning of day, do daily inspections, 
'Learned a lot about fibre optical, radio and antenna frequencies, various fall  arrest equipment, procedures and policies

start times days /eve.I learned a lot in how coke was made an canned.great co-worker . starting at different times ,almost each day.learning the job ,an working with my co-worker each day.

Great co-workers, the hardest part of the job is poor management & what i learned is that team play is the key @ a work site.the most fun&enjoyable part of the job is when you know what you doing everyday.

Come to work and do your best somtimes you can't leave work at work suck it up. Show up with confidence and let the others see, enjoy your family to the fullest

Productive and enjoyable workplace. Management in general is good. Very considerate in employee request. Working condition is safe and not exposed to extreme weather

lots of work but not paid enough or appreciated enough always running around nothing organized and they over work ya too much just want more time with my family

It is an amazing place to work and great people to be surrounded by daily. The customers and work hours are exceptional. I miss that place!
