The atmosphere, lack of job stability, not having anyone to trust, managers lack serious training, especially in the office. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I would say that they don’t specifically have a great culture or work environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Head down, work work work. Organization is key

Excellent company to work for. good wages. good people. I work for them for 15 years no problems at all.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being away from the family and friends, but you get used to it. it’s nice when you are working with good people

Understandable.Excellent reasonable

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Really good no problems at all

What may be promised for you to become their employee tends to never happen once you are the employee.
They know how to talk, but do not walk the walk.

Lots of work available, they are more receptive to local people but thats a given, managers you can talk to about concerns, etc. only con is that sometimes too chatty and drama filled. can be slow sometimes during the summer. 

Good Shift, management good to get along with. Lots of winter work. Lots of 
Travelling to and from sites.never missed hrs. Pay always on time. Good place to work 

This job has completely screwed me over. I will never work for league again. They layed me off hired new employees and didn't tell anyone. I've travelled from ontario to work for the job.

Was a decent place to work, the people within the organization made it enjoyable. Experienced a lot of different work fronts and types of work. Lots of different clients to work with.

Company seems to have more on their plate than they can handle.  To many relations within the company which I think is why Management suffers.  A lot of unqualified employees in important roles

good people to work with, good professionalism towards clients
10-12 hour work days, not great for trying to balance home life and work life, they dont provide some ppe that is mandatory

I was laid off for lack of work in the brooks shop and yard things slowed down to the point hours were being cut in some areas and some positions all together
