SR. Site supervisor had poor management skills and disregarded the safety of employees. minimal safety supplies. Typical work day included many jobs such as digging, heating and hoarding, cleaning and other odd jobs. i learned minimal skills there. co workers and couple of the foreman's taught me what i know. no training program there. Hardest part of job was carrying out Sr. site supervisors work orders, usually were rushed and not thought out, created more work for company in the end. made trades angry being overlapped or not able to work do too ill prep by management or calling in trades way to early. made working with trades tough do to the atmosphere created. Best part of the job was going home. Co-workers were enjoyable

Very helpful with guys working out of town on ways jobs. Great technical support 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There really was no stress. Questions and problems answered and solved quickly

Great family atmosphere. Lots of people willing to help

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pretty stress free managing trades and organizing

it was a super Average company to work for there was no boss screaming at you but also no feeling of belonging, your tasks where pointed out in a straight forward manner and as long as you put in a reasonable amount of care and effort things would go as planned

Overall a good experience, immediate management was supportive and easy to communicate with.  The hardest part of the job is dealing with sub-trades who are sub-par and mother nature.  No doubt the highlight of any job is maintaining or exceeding the proposed schedule.

It could have just been the project I was on, but it was not enjoyable. 
I found that a lot of corners were cut, not only for products but for safety as well.
I know they have other good supers. I was just unlucky to be paired up with a bad one. 

Most of the people in the office were very nice.

Working for Lear construction I have nothing but good things to say about management and the office staff. I get along with everyone who works their but one supervisor but that is just a clash between me and him.I would recommend working for Lear to anyone wanting a job in the construction business.

When i worked there i was a general foreman and site safety co - ordinator ,i dealt with a lot of different people from a variety of trades , but the best part was to see the happy clients when the job was finished.

Worked for these guys for 3 years and was laid off with only a days notice. You'll be underpaid and overworked with nothing to show for it. Not a good company to build a career with. Relationship between upper management and the workers is terrible.

Worked there for 3 months and got told there was no more work for me on my last day of probation and one week later the job posting is up again. Absolute cowards running the show and totally unprofessional after doing all tasks required.

The right type of person can have a long career here.  Perhaps not the ability to grow in your career but some roles are able to do that. Casual dress and free parking are great.
