A typical work day i would transport vehicles from the storage lot to sales lot. Also i would park and re- arrange vehicles and sweep lot of all debris. I learned if you always work hard you will be rewarded for it. Management was always trying to push for us to get things done as quick and efficant as possible. My co-workers would make a plan how we could all do our own job to get everything done the fastest. The hardest part of the job was clearing all the vehicles of ice and snow in the winter. The most enjoyable part was arranging all the vehicles to look right.

I had the opportunity to start out my automotive career with Legacy Auto Group.  I had a great experience at the small dealership that I was at.  The sales manager had tons of experience and was great to learn from.

I left to go to a larger dealership, but definitely would have stayed had it been a busier dealership.  Pay was fair and management offered what they could to keep me there. 

My only negative take away from the auto group was the hours.  The sales departments at all locations were open on all stats except for Christmas Day.  In the small town we were in, nothing was open on a winter stat other than the bar and Legacy. 

These clowns hired me to come in and take one of their Dodge stores to new heights. Just a week into work they’ve let myself and a couple other people go. Clearly some sort of a budget issue which is ridiculous. Why hire people from other provinces and have them move their entire lives over before knowing if they can afford wages.. Run away from this company like the plague. Take this from someone who has never been let go from a job ever before.. it’s like working with a bunch of children

Service advisors are expected to work on 100% commission which is great until they fire all the technicians with no intention on replacing them. When you have work sold that can't get completed in a timely manner customers start to think you don't need their business. Also, when you're 100% commission and that relies on work being completed your paycheck is next to nothing. I could have made more money packing bags in a grocery store

In 2013, I bought my first truck from Legacy Ford. I then bought a 2016, a 2018, and a 2021. I started working for Legacy Ford in October 2021 and enjoy the atmosphere in our dealership. The front and back staff are all very helpful to each other. Like evry other company we have our small hiccups, but we adapt and work through any issues. Management is great and very approachable with any concerns.

Do not waste your time or energy here. Management was terrible... they don’t care about their employees. (They let go several of their best people just to save some pennies) No job security. No matter how long you are there, if they find one reason, you are gone with little to no severance. The owners are horrible people who work for minimal hours a day and reap all the benefits from everyone else’s hard work. Only pro is some of the coworkers made the days easier.

Lots of ways to make extra hours and they pay better than most places but that's where the benefits end. Management and most of the other support staff have no idea what they are doing and have no interest in learning. VERY focused on profits and will do pretty much anything to increase them including using unsavory sales tactics but if you can look past that and put your head down you can make allot of money.

Very busy work load, unorganized and inefficient. The position itself was good, I learned a new software program and enjoyed the tasks. Management is like high school mean girl. They operate on ego not competence. If you voice concerns then you become the problem versus addressing your concerns. The hardest part of the job was managing the workload. The non management staff are good people. 

The management are like chickens with there heads cut off. No one talked to one another. The jobs they give you for a flat rate tech is lube bay work and you can’t make any time on them so you end up working for free the staff you work with are horrible. Vary poor team players. The equipment they have is awful the hoists are poorly positioned. All around wouldn’t recommend working here 

If you are not part of the next group of people who get hired to work there then your nobody and treated as such. Can be very belittling people and they make it seem like it's your fault. You need to be a yes man to work there. Sorry Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin but you need to clean up your act!
