management really doesn't care about your wages or your feelings. They're making good money and that's all that matters. Somehow being on your feet running around getting yelled at all day warrants minimum wage. Service advisors have terrible attitude and act as managers. The techs are mostly good people, but don't get paid enough for their work either and get terrible tasks that throw them in a bad mood.

Overall the building is very outdated, worn down, little safety regulation, no heat in the winter, no ac in the summer.

Overall us minimum wage workers (pretty muvh the entire service department) were miserable everyday for over working and getting nothing in return (except for maybe some donuts every 2 months)

Would not recommend. Stress levels are very high in this workplace. 

First off Id like to mention there is no heat or AC in the basement of the building where BDC will work. 

The BDC supervisor is praised despite having a very aggressive behaviour and is often overwhelmed and unable to assist new employees when they need help. There is not proper training either.

Over all the environment is toxic, there is a-lot of trash talking about other employees and throwing people under the bus instead of working as a team to see the company grow.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
On a flat rate pay, was promised steady Jobs and work and there was little to no work. Pay was inconsistent, no incentives 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic work environment. Co workers are nice and helpful but still feels like a free for all

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show up at 8, no work until 10/11am. Sitting around most of the day.

While strict safety rules, company policies, and procedure MUST be adhered to, they are pretty much standard at most large companies.  While parking is always at a premium in the automotive business, there will be employee parking available.

At first I was excited about working in this capacity at the dealership due to already having Service experience.  I believed it would enhance my dealership background.

It was very unfortunate that Management changed mid my training and they had their own people to insert in to this position that were already trained and I was let go.

enjoyed the fact that they had a 'spanish team' which let me use my second language multiple times.

Be ready for long days sometimes with no break, many tasks that apprentices would never do and no appreciation of hard work or raises. Had people that did bare minimum getting paid more then me! All the technicians are a great group though and I wish them all the best.

Leggats has been fair to me during my time. I am relocating to Kincardin so I would like to find something in that area. Leggats is a little stressful with the clients and some management but otherswise it was a decent job.

The staff makes this a great place to work. Very friendly and respectable.
There is a cafeteria upstairs where you can order your lunch or sit at a table and eat your own. 

No one knows what the **** is going on management is lost and the employees are lost , working here is stressful when no one has a clue what they're doing.
Lack of organization and communication does this.
