Leisure Days RV

Working here was a pleasure. Management was extremely easy to get along with and the job itself is satisfying and rewarding. A lot of independent work and responsibility but super easy once you get the hang of it. During slow season they’ll find you more work to do and help guide you on how to fill the time. If I wasn’t going to school I’d still be working there with a smile on my face. 

Start at 9am and end at 7pm, Hardest part of the job is the events, 3 per year, you stand outside in the heat of the summer from 8:30am to 8pm. Workplace culture is Old school, rude managers, mangers smoking close to the buildings.
I learn't many things about the build of Recreational Vehicles.
I enjoyed working with customers on their dream campers, it was cool to get outside and approach people.


I was blessed to work for such a wonderful company. I was part of the rv sales team for 8 years & made life long friends that I still talk too, to this day. The management were very professional & there to talk to & support you growing every step of the way. The RVs we sold were quality brands at a great price. I loved going to work everyday & loved my customers unfortunately I moved away.  If you are lucky enough to get a job here  you  are blessed.

Job over all is easy, however the work place is extremely toxic and creates a structure of fear for your position. Management has zero training and lacks personality skills. Zero boundaries. Constant negativity, low morale, bullying and high turnover. On top of all of this, poor communication is preferred over weekly or monthly meetings to discuss progress. 

Management is very unprofessional and the turn over rate of employees is alarming was only there a short time but staff had changed almost completely season to season. worked long hours with no over time pay

Run by parasitic management who will never be pleased and will throw you under the bus just so they can stand ontop of you for a better view of the wreckage. If you can get past that, the type of work is fun and challenging and about the customer. Laid back, chill environment but you need to get the work done.

They are unfair, and treat staff and customers poorly.. No professionalism what so ever. Poor management and they do not know how to run a good business. They are just lucky enough to have people stuck buying their products

Very little training- left to figure stuff out on your own.  Nothing to do in downtime.   Don’t value an employees past experience.   Will hire you in a pinch and let you go when it slows down.  Techs are difficult to work with. One Long term  employee In service can’t be trusted.   Beware

Everyone there is super friendly! Ive enjoyed my experience there! 
Awesome 830-5 pm job with over time availability and so much room to promote! The pay is fantastic, the benifits are amazing, just all around awesome.

For me personally, it is a positive experience,  I found out a lot of nuances about RV maintenance, being paid above average. In general, colleagues are very supportive and the same can be said about the company as a whole.
