Although occasionally told that you are meant to meet the needs of the customer, you are motivated and expected to take every cent you can from every person that you speak to on the phone (which is how you will spend the majority of your day "Cold Calling"), or who comes through the doors. Kia's as a vehicle aside, there is no support for the product. The product is simply the means by which you can get everything you can out of the customer. The Landsberg Auto Group seems to have built all of their dealerships in this fashion. The General Manager was very good at the time and the Sales Managers will support those who they think will go far but if you do not meet expectations of their sales, you will be promptly let go. If you are not actively making the business money, then you are costing them money and that is not left unacknowledged. 

This is a sales Job some guys succeed and some guys fail. You have to book appointments and create your own opportunities, if you don't have appointments your days can be long and boring however YOU are in full control of that. What I learned was real life scenarios and real life challenges however the managers were good mentors and they help you if you ask them for help. Sometimes it's tough to get one on one time with them cause they are doing100 things at once. You truly have to be self motivated and find ways to motivate yourself on a daily basis by reading or watching motivational videos or whatever gets you going... It's not an easy job BUT when you get paid more than I have ever earned it's all worth it lol 

I worked here for a bit then was fired after a week and a half they do not care about you as a person they only care that they have to sell cars the management is absolutely terrible and a pain in the back to deal with. everyone and everything that comes thru the door they expect you to make a sale selling cars is not an easy thing they are a big commitment and the managers just don’t understand that. And I repeat DO NOT WORK HERE

Management is horrible don’t treat anyone with respect they will beat you down and make you feel horrible about yourself. You work 6 days a week and if you’re not producing numbers within a week they’ll let you go. If they don’t let you go they’ll scream at you until you leave I wouldn’t suggest working here as well because of the drama this place has inside of it.

Working at Lethbridge Kia is great! There is always good energy in the dealership. Both the sales staff and service work well together to make sure clients are treated well. Management listens and is approachable. They are always open to hearing new ideas and encourage collaboration. 

Worked for a month or two in sales and the work environment is less than desirable with people who will tear you down at any cost. I was promised training but the only training I got was being told to watch othe sales staff.

Great place to improve your personal and professional skills. Very competitive environment! I love competition so best job I have ever had.  Overall very fun environment.

Fun place to work and be around, but wont give you the chance to prove yourself. I moved to Lethbridge to work there they told me id recieve $1000 to help me move n cover expenses never happened, and let me go after a month for no apparent reason.

I believe that good management needs training and education. Staff was very unhappy with how the dealership was managed. The result was very unhappy staff the created toxic situations. Driving the shuttle gave me escape from the site.

Lethbridge Kia is a great place to work. I worked here for a year and was moved to management. 
We have all sorts of team building events, on and off site. Management is understanding and very family oriented. I love working at Lethbridge Kia!!
