Working for levert has given me the opportunity to work in areas I never worked before.  It allows you to see how different places of employment run and gives you experience you wouldn’t otherwise have.  It gives you the opportunity to try different areas of work in order to see what areas you like and are suited to your skill set.  

They are very accommodating to work around everyday life and scheduling.  They try very hard to make sure the employee and client are well suited for each other.  They check in after placements to see how placements went with both employee and company.

I would recommend them to someone looking for temporary work.  Unfortunately, work is scarce and not enough to live off of.  It is a good supplement for pocket money and to get work experience.  The pay is low, but it’s a good way to get back into the work force and get experience you wouldn’t otherwise have.   It’s very good for networking and meeting people to get recognized in the work force.

I get to work 20 to 15 minutes prior to the start of the work day so that I may prepare a cup of tea and get ready to start the day.  I answer phones, deal with the public, help the public and other workers, do filing, data entry, and many other office duties.  I learned different computer programs and how different offices run their business which makes me more flexable and adaptable. Every office has a different culture, I find it just makes it easier to get along in any situation.  The hardest part of the jobs that I have done is the lack of work in the positions I've been in.  I find that I tend to finish the work given to me and help other's with their work and still have time where I am doing nothing.  I feel that I am being paid to work and wish to give the employer their money's worth.  The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to try out different positions and meet new people all the time.  I also get a lot of experience that I get to take away from each position.

Your only a number to the company.
Levert only pays what they think is fair! when you have paid for all training, PPE etc  you expect more as your bringing more to the table. Being already trained and ready to work.
You pay union dues but there really is no union. Just ask who the union rep is. Remember it’s a worker not management.
I would only use Levert if I was hard up and couldn’t find work any where else.
You know they say when something doesn’t feel right it probably isn’t.
Remember that when your thinking about Levert.
High turn around of employees most only stay for a year or so.

Some great people to work with.... they expect alot - There is not much work with this company during the winter months. It is basically a temp agency offering industrial work at decent pay sometimes and day labour positions at low pay sometimes. I have gained some good experience in the mining industry with this company ... It is a good starting point in the mining industry however it would best be considered a stepping stone to better opportunities.

When you have contracts the people you work with are great on site. Other then that the communication between worker and the office is very unprofessional, they can't keep their recruiters, the staff keep quitting due to no communication and problem hires, lack of contracts lined up to keep workers informed and able to support their families. You pay for all training and PPE, you pay your transpertation, you will not be fairly compensated for travel. It's a shady company to work for.

The amazing members. The job is ready to start in 123 go.

Early hours but thats nothing not much is stressful levert is an amazing company making great things happen.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Varies and is accepting and resourceful and helpful.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I was at the mine at the mill it was a goods days work.

Levert placed me right back into the field shortly after I was laid off from another company. They have helped me pay for school and had plenty of opportunities for me to work as little or as much as I wanted. The office staff was very helpful, organized, and down to earth. Easy people to work with, plus when they send you out with different companies, you meet a lot of new people and you have the opportunity to expand your skills on each new job site.

Levert is a great company to work for when the work is available, but as a contractor work can sometimes be scarce as we are Disposable workers. Brought in to do another companies dirty work or heavy lifting! If you don't mind hard work you can get some great working experience and learn a lot about different working environments!

•	Spray materials such as water, sand, steam, vinyl, paint, or stucco through hoses to clean, coat, or seal surfaces.
•	Tend machines that pump concrete, grout, cement, sand, plaster or stucco through spray-guns for application to ceilings and walls. 
•	Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools.
•	Operate, read, and maintain air monitoring and other sampling devices in confined and/or hazardous environments

Challenging but rewarding and never a dull moment.

Fast paced and always something to do.  Never any down time.  Makes the days fly by.

The hardest part of the job is that you always have to be recruiting.  Not one of those jobs that you can take "Days Off" at the office because the wheel keeps turning.  There is always something to do.

Best part of my day is when we get people off to work.  Very rewarding.
