A typical Day at work was getting your cash and food ready. It was always fast pace, lines were always long. You had to check for ID, if someone looked underage before giving them a beer. Then we close our cash and start cleaning up, putting our money in a bag for the management. The co-workers were great to work with! We were always joking around with each other and with whoever we were serving. The hardest part of the job would of most likely be dealing with a customer that was really aggressive. Even when you explain something to them, they act every rude and would swear at you. I usually got my supervisor to help me, when they would still come off aggressive. Want I loved about working there, was the Work atmosphere, it never felt like a job to me.

-Very busy , always something to do.
-Friendly people to work with and always a helping hand when needed. 
-Never rushed , always kept on pace and tasks being completed 

-I learned to serve and to become a host
- I learned to deal with amounts of stress and still get the job done properly and respectfully 
-To multitask 

Hardest part of the job , was always having something happening or during rush hour got very hectic so I learned very fast to keep constantly on top of the most important things. 

Most enjoyable thing given about this job is that you meet amazing people who are very supportive

Working here was a great experience. Most people you'll be working with are fun and engaging. Management is understanding of your personal/school life so there's some flexibility in your scheduling. The hardest part I've witnessed for most is the long periods of standing. The shifts here are based on whenever there's a game scheduled- so don't expect many hours here. Overall, a wonderful place to work for a student or for those looking for a fun job on the side. Though you won't have many shifts you'll learn plenty in the amount of time spent here.

No real training or guidance provided and they decide what gets done and when it’s done.    

Not always inviting and egos are too big, wrong people promoted to the wrong positions or they’ll create a position for someone who isn’t sure what they do all day.

Some hourly staff do honest days of work while other staff enter and leave as they please. 

Full time hourly employees lucky to get between 18-32 hours a week    Second job required to try and get by ..  they lay off the workers and keep the ones that come in late - leave early every day but are paid for 40/week .

When working there it was very poorly organized. You never knew which stand or stall you were in or could be wisked away at a moments notice to another stand because the employees were never reliable. Breaks were almost non exsistant and management was always warring with someone else. I havent worked there in 2 years and i dont know if it has gotten better and dont plan on finding out any time soon. Pay was just not worth the long hours in swealtering heat with all the drama and inhouse fighting.

A typical day at work would start with  uncommon resilience and enthusiastic approach to a wonderful day. Dealing with customers with sincerity and care is what I do best! I learned many things such as initiative, punctuality, and overall hard work. The co-workers/staff were amazing! The hardest part of this job would have to be the overwhelming pace that we were to work at on huge game days, however, every moment was an enjoyable moment!

it was so busy for the Pan Am Games exciting to assist so many customer. it was crazy.

it was when I was serving customers welcoming them with a smile and serving them as fast as i could

Fun, fast paced environment with opportunity for advancement. Inconsistencies since the building reopened for business since renovations but things are constantly improving.

Levy Restaurants is a healthy and fun work environment. With staff that are inclusive, kind, and encouraging. Management provides a comfortable environment, all the while teaching and supporting their employees. 
I found it one of my most enjoyable, and rewarding jobs I have had to date.
