I found the management in general was extremely supportive and definitely provided means to improve oneself. 
The client base was varied and adds a lot of great experience and learning opportunities.
recent restructuring seems to have created some fractures, however my experience with the people there indicated they will recover strong. There is new leadership at the helm that should brighten the future there. 
Don't be afraid to apply to an opportunity there!

A typical day was intense, busy and very customer focused. I learned how to be open to daily changing requirements and expanded my excel skills. My co-workers were focused, serious but would take the time out to socialize in the Company game room and amongst each other. The hardest part of the job was the changing requirements and getting enough communication regarding these from management in a timely manner. The most enjoyable part of the job was the flexibility.  Working from home days help balance family needs.

Unfortunatly the help desk was offshored to another country. Which we have seen a multitude of companies do and then bring back support to North America when that does not pan out.

For the time I was here, it was fun. I really realized that after working many other places years later until today.

Not sure what working there is like now but was great between the dates I woriked.

Good people, good benefits, flexible hours and reasonably good product to sell.  However, company has seen a LOT of change and downsizing over the last few years making it difficult for those remaining to actually get work done.  All decisions are made at US head office with no regard for uniqueness of different geographies.

Offer on-going training, education (on-line course, seminars). Has work from home policy for select titles. Product portfolio evolving and more focus toward software division. Great facility in Richmond Hill office.

Easy going environment.
Providing world class customer service and dispatching our techs across the country to ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis.
Co-workers had a easy going attitude as long as our work was complete.

Great team environment. Many opportunities to learn new skills.  Good leadership mentoring. Good work life balance. Good community involvement and charity work especially with United Way.

Fun workplace with cooperation from team members. 
The work environment is tidy and easily accessible. 
Occasional free lunches. A nice place to learn diverse cultures

Management listens and treats you as an equal.  You are recognized for the work you do, you're appreciated.  
Great reliable products.
Not micromanaged, as long as you perform your tasks.

Great place to work as they give you the opportunity to grow and provide ongoing training as well as excellent working conditions and benefits. Ability to work remotely is great.
