Lexus of Royal Oak

I was with Lexus of Royal oak for about 4 years. I worked in service and wore a few different hats during my time there. This is a small, close knit dealership that really cares about not only their customers but the staff and their families as well. The passion that each employee has for the brand and their job shows in the work that they put out; and reflects the support and education they receive from other staff, management and the owners. Working for Lexus of Royal Oak was one of the best experiences of my career  and I strongly encourage you to apply if you have a great attitude, strong work ethic and value family.

Good employees but no job security. Whether you have worked there for 3 months or 3 years they have no hesitation to let you go or let you leave. Pay plan is lower initially as is commission rate, there is a car allowance but only applicable if you purchase a new Lexus. Internet is only available for a few people, who are consistently the top sales people as a result. As such "sales competitions" are extremely one-sided. One bad month and you are gone, regardless of whether or not you have a family and are depending on the employment.

Removing snow, cleaning the grounds, keeping things tidy, repairing/replacing of filters, carwash system, general needs of the building. Assisting sales as needed, they wanted my roll to be 80% lot Attendant ans 20% building maintenance but have no idea that the building needs more attention with multiple areas and demands.

Management is so disorganized everyone is under paid and over worked no sense of work life balance or consideration for your own life.  Work life had no balance some days the phone would just ring and ring with no support. A specific coworker was basically useless and getting paid to take others jobs. Would not recommended at all. 

I worked there as a service technician since they first opened and still maintains a very positive and professional working environment today.  I left due to personal reasons and honestly I still missed my former colleagues in this company.
Pay-rate is average like any other Lexus dealerships in Western Canada but the work atmosphere is super friendly and positive. CSI is always 98+ because staffs are happy and willing to help.

Good place to work with an awesome group of people. Sales staff is pretty young but very determined and the managers are supportive and help with development. My favourite aspect was how committed everyone was to giving the guests a good experience. The google reviews are full of happy customers. If you want to work in the auto industry then this is one of the best for sure.

Positive culture and surppotive training that motivates you to want to perform and grow within the company. Would highly recommend taking the oppurtunity if presented to advance your career. Co-workers became freinds and felt like family. Lexus of Royal Oak is a top tier dealership and continues to excel in the automotive industry.

For the most part everyone was nice and the work was decent. But if your not part of the elite group your job is kinda always on thin ice. Management was hit or miss but for the most part it really depends what your department is.  

Lexus is a very good brand. Well set up place to work. The location has some challenges. The people are 1st rate, where as management might want to consider looking at who they are and how they communicate. Support isn't part of their vocabulary. A lot of room to improve.

Great work environment, Management team was always listen to employees concern. Good time management skills and strong work ethics. Great place to work and their customer survey was always top notch.
