•	Created Test plans, Test cases and Test Scenarios

A claims specialist at LM is really a mix of legal, medical and customer support specialist. One must stay on top of all statute changes in workers' compensation law, in addition to learning a host of medical information to assess the validity of workers' claims. Moreover, one must be a customer support specialist, handling often very agitated and very truculent injured workers who do not understand how their benefits work. 
I made a lot of good friends and I had a lot of interesting, sometimes frustrating, sometimes very touching experiences here. I would recommend LM as an employer.
The reason why I left my position was because I recognized that I would rather work with data analysis than with customers, so I returned to school full-time to earn my business analysis certification. I don't regret this choice, but I do miss my former coworkers and the claims antics.

Learned to use all office equipment. Busy day on the phones with clients and service personal.  Learned to review files for bankruptcy, court cases.  Spoke to and dealt with outside vendors to complete client's cases. Encrypted outgoing messages to outside vendors.  Privacy was utmost important in any transactions.

Good environment to work and a great place to work. The employees and management are easy going and friendly. They will lend you a hand and explain things to you in details your the demand arise. Aa typical day at work involves team work and collaboration. It also involves reviewing files, making calls, writing reports and reporting to supervisors should the need arise.

A typical day involve the use of knowledge for administrative and clerical procedures, getting and processing information for files, using written and oral comprehension to arrange data according to a specific set of rules.

A healthy working environment, with a positive working alliance, collaborative  and diverse working culture that fosters persistence and passion towards excellence.

I worked here for 7 years and I had great experience overall. People are kind and helpful and encouraging. There were lot of opportunities to learn and grow.

Another very good company to work for.  I was quite enthusiastic and easier to advance my career and learn as much IT as possible.  It was a time the IT jobs are booming, so I switch to a higher paid job after two years there.

The company and management both are great.  Flexible work culture.

Training process can be better to develop technical knowledge. Sometimes it feels like you are being throwed under the bus.



Productive environment- Great company to work for. A typical day can be very busy as well as productive. Ii is an environment that helps an individual to grow.
