Growing company with a lot of opportunities for employees to develop their knowledge and skills. Good compensation with great employee benefits. Great place to work for individuals interested in retirement savings. Excellent social committee with plenty of events including three summer BBQ's and a company picnic. Very robust and thorough employee onboarding program featuring a sit down session with the executive team as they go over the history and vision of the company.  The company is very environmentally friendly and does a great job enabling employees to contribute to charities and the community.

The culture is still not defined as it still feels like two separate companies working under one umbrella. There could be better communication between different departments.

All the social events and investment made into the employees is much appreciated. Creating a happy and healthy corporate culture will help drive up overall employee satisfaction.

literally feels high stress and high urgency all the time because nothing is organized and the staff is not trained well

everyone is burnt out and sluggish. low energy environment. 
the management has no idea what the tasks are but then chime in with their criticism or fluffy motivational bs to make you work until midnight or 1 am. 
very toxic work environment. 
if you have no extreme need to work here (ie, immigrant and need canadian experience or can't find another job) you should avoid this place for your mental well-being. 

Horrible.  Liars and passive aggressive management.  Leaders willing to turn on a dime and not back up their teams.  Favourites are everything and everywhere.  Hard work not recognized.  Constantly caught in the middle of executives power play.  Lots of shady dealings that no one talks about but are as plain as day. We treat contactors like second rate citizens but consultants are king.  Level of knowledge and experience of people leaders sad.  HR is passive aggressive.  Shared services is lost.  IT thinks it's a consulting firm and I should more interested in cherry picking projects than getting shot done.  Head office has no depth of talent and is running blind.
Don't drink the kook aid

management trying to take over my job.   Job security issues makes me nervous.  Unnecessary harassment at work by my manager

Great culture, great people to work with. Technology and processes are still catching up to the fast growth of the company. High turnover which puts alot of pressure on existing employees. But that also causes lots of learning opportunity. 

Overall there is a decent work life balance and a very fast pace working environment. Professional development and learning is very much encouraged and has a great culture.

The culture and people are the most valuable thing at this company!

Long hours, but Friendly, knowledgeable co-workers. Pleasant office atmosphere. Management intelligent and nice people. Office located right next to the highway.

First canadian work experience. Positive team environment. Everyone is quite collaborative. Approvals could take time but mostly positive. Fast-paced and dynamic role

Company was great but they didn't take any intern for full time rolls. I would suggest teaching co-ops more and provide a direct pipeline to becoming a permanent employee after graduation.
