Dealing reps - diversify the beer selection resulting in a variety of premium brands for guests
Market special events and promotions - Official bar of Bluesfest, Red Mile Lounge at Scotia Bank
Achievements: Exceeded revenues of $15,000-$20,000/night on main revenue nights, Around 3.8 million annually 
Achievements: Developed online training program, ensuring smooth on boarding of new employees
Achievements: Exceeding 4.5 million in sales in my first year. Highest sales in our restaurants history

- Prep for breakfast/brunch rush

- Flip front of the house for dinner

- Gaining experience in the restaurant business
- Learning to manage my time in a fast pace environment

- Come in to work at around 9 to help fill cutlery bins and set tables. Afterwards, serve customers drinks and begin daily work routine.
- Learned multitasking skills, public relations skills, working efficiently as a team
- Management is great. Couldn't ask for better superiors. Accommodating, kind, professional, knowledgeable.
- Hardest part of the job: Remembering all drink orders
- Most enjoyable part: Interacting with customers

Great place to work if you are a person who loves to put in a good shift and give your best efforts. Team-work is key and there is always a fun atmosphere around the restaurant while working.
The manager/owner is an exceptional guy with a very warm and caring heart. He is like family to me( truly an angel to me).

Working at the lieutenants' pump was fun and busy most of the time. It didn't, however, feel like I had job security and near the end of my employment, I was getting complaints about things that I wasn't doing or that I did not have control over. The staff, however, were all very friendly and welcoming from the begining.

Workload is too much, for not enough pay
Kitchen is poorly run, it seems management doesn't have an idea what's going on or how to set staff up for success. 
Not a lot of positive feedback, they just focus on the negatives

From a customer perspective, the Lieutenant's Pump offers a welcoming environment, fast service and an over all enjoyable dining experience. Being an employee, staff are kind and hard working, only contributing to this positive environment.

It Always a fun loving atmosphere, because whenever I come in for my shift I take my work seriously.
The Management Tries as much as possible to keep the customers happy, and this makes them want to come back.

It is not a hard job, anybody can do it. They basically don't even bother to train employee properly. Way too many people quite! no specific culture in workplace.

The Pump hires great people who work hard and make you feel at home. But unfortunately, they don't value a work-life balance and expect 11-12 hour shifts from their employees.
