Trust. This is the foundation for any successful collaboration. People in trusting relationships seek input from one another (and actually use it), and they allow one another to do their jobs without unnecessary oversight. 

Diversity. Diversity can be defined as differences in the way people view the world. Whether it stems from differences in age, race, gender, education or experience, some diversity of thought will occur in any work setting. 

Mindfulness. In mindful relationships, people are open to new ideas. A mindful practice avoids operating on autopilot, encourages everyone to express their ideas without fear of ridicule, criticism or punishment, and looks for ways to continually learn and improve.

Interrelatedness. This occurs when people are sensitive to the task at hand and understand how their work affects one another. In addition, they are continually aware of how each person contributes to the goals of the practice and the larger community. 

Respect. Respectful interactions are considerate, honest and tactful. People who respect one another value each other’s opinions and willingly change their minds in response to what others say. Respect is especially important in challenging situations, as it can help individuals focus on problem solving.

Varied interaction. Relationships in practices can be described as social or task related. Social relationships are personal and often based on activities that exist outside of work; task-related relationships are focused on professional issues. Practices should not view social and task-related relationships as mutually exclusive. 

Effective communication. Communication between individuals can be described as rich or lean.

A very rewarding experience as I was challenged with many tasks.
I was required to ensure that wells and the facility were operating as per their design specifications.
Everyone that worked there had a safety conscious and professional attitude.
The hardest part of the job were the call outs in the middle of the night.
Management was open to new ideas on how to optimize production and reduce costs.

Was only there a few months. From what I saw it was a great group of individuals. After I left the company succumbed to their financial difficulties and are now trading under a different name with a complicated funding scheme. Cannot comment intelligently on how their tremendous resource was mismanaged so badly before I was hired, but like many smaller companies the past 10 years was not kind to them.

Bad Environment for Production accountants unless you are the 1 or 2 favourites. Condescending, rude supervisor with orders to behave that way from manager and controller. Not allowed to ask question to peers.  Micro managing galore.  Would never recommend this department in this company.

Nice people to work with and very respective of each other. Coworkers always willing to help  in any way. Plenty of advice available from a good mix of colleagues. 

I managed all oil well allowables, tracked capital for our group, did all DDS submissions.  Worked with EH&S, Engineers, Geologists as a team to complete all drill, completion and regulatory requirements.

Normal hours 8 to 5. Learned alot about who you trust. Poorly managed. Way to much debt load to survive. Coworkers were great.Most difficult was working with the area manager and continually moving targets. The guys I was supervising were awesome

Company overall is good, some issues with the management, good people to be around and really good training system in place. All employees are environmentally concern and focus on the proper maintenance of the equipment.

It was a good place to work; too bad the oil prices hit so bad this company. Not much else to being said is no really the company but the people that make more interesting the work there.
