Continuous improvements, improved productivity, reduce the manufacturing cost from 0.9 KWH to 0.5KWH, and reduced water conversation

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
working in dusty/moist conditions near Live slaughtering when equipment is down during the production cycle

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good team of all across the plant, production team, Maintenance team support from the head office, Accounts department & procurement.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Follow up with the night shift Maintenance crew and follow up with the processing equipment operations

Great place to work overall. I learned to work as part of a team and to work in a fast pace environment the people were super friendly and willing to teach. The hardest part of the job was job stability as we got laid off quite a bit. Would have liked more hours and more consistent work. I really enjoyed the production type of work as you really seen results fast.

I will love lilydale food to expand their business to Lesotho because of cheap labour force which they will make more profits and create job opportunities for Basotho. 200 USD is monthly salary for factory workers and lilydales products can be sold all over southern region

Not a work place I would recommend because there is no advancement in the company and management treats the employees as a negative  number. I would not recommend this work place.

Lilydale is a good company to work with.  Good benefits, pensions, environment and staff. I left after the work slowed down, and the hours weren't enough for me to survive 

My four years working with this company was really great, co-workers are very supportive and excellent benefits, and most of all the safety is the number one responsibility.

Teated poorly. Unrealistic demands. To short if time to complete a full clean. Front office clueless to what goes on in the work areas. Supervisors teat employees poorly.

a steady workplace with a rotation type of work setting. the bosses were great with helping when i went my first day. great oppertunities for overtime.

A good company to work for. Management is friendly and supportive. Hardest part of my job is human resources. Important things to know/learn are teamwork, production, safety responsibilities.
