Limen is one of the most disorganized companies I’ve ever worked for. There’s no real management, no leadership, and absolutely no opportunity to grow. The communication is terrible, and the work environment is full of confusion and favoritism. Employees are not valued, and hard work goes completely unnoticed. It’s a place that drains your motivation and gives you nothing back. Avoid this company if you care about your career or self-respect.

I liked working for Limen, I found that here was a great team atmosphere, the workers were committed to achieving high end results, they worked consistently fast all day. The type of workplace where the hours in the day just fly by. The hardest part of the day  was getting there and the management asked opinions of their staff, they valued the opinion, and they were honest and fair.

Limen provided a steady work environment no interruptions in employment, the hourly rate was above average the benefits package below average, my fellow employees were a pleasure to work alongside. Management treated you fairly. 

Overall in good company to work for they supply lots and lots Labour it’s mainly people who speak Spanish but that’s OK they are a hard working bunch!!! If they can pay you a little because you’re worth little thing that’s what they do but if you’re worth a lot and they will pay you a lot don’t be shy

Management in the office could use some work but the foreman's onsite are great. Great group of guys on my site and your day goes by pretty quick due to all the jokes.

A lot of stress working here.  No recognition or support. Long hours and high demands.   No flexibility . The work environment was only production oriented with no life work balance 

Got this job for one summer and never regret it. Really great place to pick up some skills and experience. Got involved in repairing forklifts, fleet vans and even electrical equipment.

Great group of people to work with, learned a lot and met some people who’ll I’ll continue to stay in touch with. Work environment is typically stressed but the actual work is normally easy to get the grasp of.

it hard , because you never know what you gone doing before you arrive at work. And management is really bad. the only think make me work there was the salary and they never miss a payment.

Limen Group is an excellent  Masonry and Restoration company and enjoyed to work on heritage projects.Management was excellent and friendly
