Job security is the worst. The only reason I found is the worst management.
Any Time they can terminate you. Before me, they Did this but due to the lake of job availability, I joined Lincoln electric Canada LP.
The same thing happens with me at the same time. they will not carry forward you when bonus time will come near. So they are a lot of chances that you will lose the job.
Be careful between October to December time period.

Great for youngsters. Team building and support is always helpful. 
Everyone seems to work what they love. Everyday you learn something new and exciting new projects. Work is worship. Great people all genuine and talented people to work and support in carrying your dreams forward.

Manager is great but there is no sense of camaraderie within the team at all. You're constantly working alone with no mentorship from senior team member.

It’s NOT a team environment. Sink or swim attitude. There isn’t enough training. They do not invest in their employees. They are all about meetings, they go from one meeting to another.  They are not personalable at all. Very poor communication between staff.

Excellent place to work. I learnt a lot there professionally and personally. The staff are very courteous, helpful and well learnt in their field of expertise.

ok job only to cover your bill pay, not much career development, very old fashioned ways of management. Work and life balance is ok but not suitable for people seeking for career advancement.

Worst place to work for and I have worked at a lot of places. I wonder if they will still be in business in a couple years. 
Lack of empathy, communication and management.
