Linens n Things

Working at Linen' N'Things was great because there was such diversity in the products from kitchens to bedrooms, and everything else in between. it was great to learn product knowledge about everyday household items. The staff was great to work with.

Asking Dept. manager what needs to be done first.
Use of the telzon, POGS, putting stock in appropiate place, and back stock.
Very helpful in the store routine.
Helpful in top stocking, working as a team.
Working alone, when it came to doing top stock
Knowing the customer got the best service

Although this chain how now closed due to failing US stores, it was one stop shopping for anything your house needed. 
It was amazing working here as my first job and I learned so much about myself in a work environment. 
The management was kind and fair, and knew when to push their associates when they knew they could be more.
It is a shame they had to close all their locations.

The workplace was not conducive to cooperation with coworkers; everyone was jealously guarding of their respective departments while also being unwilling to assist outside of them. Very little training was provided, and so new hires had to depend on more experienced peers to show them how to use necessary equipment and familiarize them with day-to-day operations.

I worked alone most days int he large department store before te company liquidated. I was in charge of presentation, cleanliness, and organization of my "section" of the store. I was also willing to offer my help to customers and always helped them to their satisfaction.

Cash was pretty busy at times which I enjoyed.
My co-workers and I worked as a team.
It was a part-time position.
I enjoyed dealing with the public and letting them know what other items were on sale or available.

working 7-8 hours a day making 85-90 dollars a day manager used to bring us out to arbys for lunch on a good day
hardest part of working at linens n things was carrying piles of wood and furniture around and unpacking trucks

Enjoyed the culture, coworkers and customers. Good training in store operations and product knowledge.  Pay was low, hours were few with little opportunity to get full time.

Having store ready for the customers, customer services, team work player, store neat and tidy, promotions, sales, administrations.

the   review  was  good and  it   help  and i  like  that  review  a  let  , and  it is   good  to  have.The   is  good  to   have  and  it   is   really helps  me.
