Honestly, I'm only giving this 2 star review because for the first few months, everything seemed well and loved the environment. But months after, I saw the true colors of  the management. Already the pay wasn't the best but they started to purposely change the bonus structure so that it's unattainable. Coincidently, the owners started taking multiple vacations at the same time these changes were happening. That's when I started seeing the correlation and lack of transparency in management. A lot of favoritism occurs in this place and they make it super obvious that the company sees it. You must be their favorite to succeed, and if you're not--better look around for other places.  A lot of micromanaging occurs as though they pay you a 6 figure income; when in reality you are actually making almost less than minimum. Management focuses on hierarchy when they lack in basic business operations and fails to listen to employees needs. Unqualified people reach the management level and they give themseleves high executive titles that don't even make sense. All in all, this company is good only if you want to make a temporary cash but don't expect a career here. Unless you are friends or family with the owners/management.

I love working here. It's a 9-5 where pay is very reasonable, management is a great team. The biggest problem I would say is that the turnover rate is pretty high, because people just don't like doing phone jobs. The longer you work here, and the more work you want to put into the company, the more your time and effort is rewarded.

I was struggling on sales, and instead of having a boiler room approach and firing me, they gave me a break by putting me over on design to learn some more product knowledge and regain some of my sales strength.

The worst part of the job is the fact that we have to work on the phones, but that's literally the job. The company is wonderful, the CEO is great, the management is amazing and the environment is fantastic.

The workplace is amazing! They do games to make it interesting and so you can take some cash home especially on the broke days. You have to make sure you are doing everything right because you do get monitored and coached weekly. You need to make sure you ALPHA and ensure you know your products.
The lead generator side is more relaxed however on the sales side you can make much more money. 

Annually LinkNow does a fundraiser for Batshaw and that is a good thing to be apart of.

The pay could have been better however now I heard they have benefits. 
You get free snacks, cereal, coffee, tangerines, apples, bananas. There is also a game room.
They are dog and kid friendly.

I have been employed and been able to watch the company's continued growth for the last 3 years. Their programs and support for customers have continuously improved. It is great for me personally to see the company grow and continuously provide more to the clients. There are several departments for each of the clients needs. I enjoy speaking and assisting client's with their web needs and knowing there will always be a solution for them. Great atmosphere with more than generous owners, who always have fresh fruit and cereal available. Since my last online review where I mentioned the coffee could be improved upon, it has!

It's tough finding a job and a workplace that you can truly love, but LinkNow has given me both of those things.

The workplace culture is a ton of fun, there's always energy in the office, and employees are encouraged to work the way they like, as long as they're getting the job done.

Working in the content department, we have excellent bonuses and a variety of topics to write about. Plus, we get noise canceling headphones to listen to whatever music we want throughout the day since we're right next to the noisy sales floor.

If you're a hard worker and a self starter, you'll never have a bad day working at LinkNow Media!

Title says it all. If you are not a former employee getting rehired, you are being set up for failure. The management has no clear training structure. You will be passed back and forth between managers and colleagues, teaching you random things in random order and expect you to understand the job. The pay is not as advertised, they paid less than what was negotiated. The management plays favourites and its very clear. Colleagues are not friendly or helpful because the company has a frathouse vibe. So if you're not "one of them" you will be singled out. To top it off, if you manage to get past all that, you will be micromanaged daily. 

I loved my time working at LinkNow media as a sales representative. Though I thought I’d be making a lot more money than I was in my month and a half there. They set daily goals for the sales floor that are almost impossible to meet, but when they are it’s not consistent. I could get a $50 bonus one day, but not see a bonus more than $5 for another 2-3 days. Unfortunately that issue was enough for me to leave my job  other than that, my management was very nice and understanding, and wanted to work with me directly to help me reach my goals, and they give you lots of incentives to help you feel good about working there!

Working at LinkNow Media was an amazing experience.
I learned how to deal with clients over the phone, my managers were extremely helpful and supportive. The pay was good and was super easy to make cash bonuses plus commission.

The only hard part of my job was not getting frustrated with potential customers over the phone, but other than that I would recommend this job to anyone as a great place to work.


The environment was always fun and upbeat and if I wasn't going back to school I would have never left.

LinkNow is a great place to work with awesome employees and a relaxed, but professional atmosphere.

Getting to know everyone in the company, from a new hire to the company CEO is very easy, but the company is growing fairly quickly, so it's becoming a bit harder to meet everyone.

Management is very responsive to suggestions and even if they aren't implemented, you will know your voice has been heard.

Customers can occasionally be very demanding and impolite, but that's not really unusual.

LinkNow is an amazing company to work for! It's a call centre but it certainly doesn't have a call centre feel! Everyone gets a long really well. You have A LOT of room for internal growth within the company. I myself was given a promotion within 6 months of being with the company. They are extremely understanding regarding family situations/children. As the owner has young ones! They plan amazing events and try to give back to their employees so that they feel appreciated!
